Yes, it does. Jason fans are just bummed by weird gossip. I think she says promising things about both guys, but I just really want it to be Jason. :heart

As far as I understand a "closed set" that means that they have no audience. So, if that info were true then it would have to be a family member, crew or staff.

This kind of stuff always comes out before the FRC. Lat year we all heard that Jenni was the F1 from "inside sources who were at the AFTR".

Admittedly, I'll be shocked if Jesse is F1.

I'm sticking with the edit. The edit always wins! Has anyone noticed that in the previews of the FRC when Jason and Deanna are shown they talk about Deanna's true love and when they show Jesse and Deanna together they ask the question "who will go home brokenhearted?" One things I've learned from Piper's posts and the transcription team in the "Behind the Edit" thread is that they match up screenshots and dialogue to "suggest" where they want us to end up. Kind of like subliminal editing...

I think we might be making too much of or misinterpreting what she calls a shocker. For instance, I am sure this gal got to see clips of all the bachelors, or at least the ones in the running. She may have gotten the hots for one of them and been shocked that De didn't pick him. Or, as mentioned above she may have thought Jesse was a clear choice and gakked that she chose Jason. I just don't see much on her site to go on.

Pappas said televised nuptials could also be in her own future.

"We haven't put a lot of thought into it, but we both know we have a lot of fans behind us. There's a lot of people that have followed me since my season with Brad, and I know that there's a lot of followers and supporters that would like to see that happy ending," she told reporters. "I can't say I put a lot of thought into it, but I'm not really opposed to letting those fans into that part of my life."

I doubt she would say it was a happy ending if she chose Jesse. I don't think she wants to do a bait and switch.

She also says "Now this is a happy ending, and it's a good surprise."

The surprise part bothers me. I do remember when Trista picked Ryan, his edit was terrible. There was no love story there, just the dumb poem and it wasnt credible. I thought the show was working on getting away from that kind of bait and switch.

I am so bummed you guys are having doubts now, I depend on you to take the not knowing out of it for me.

DO we have times on the screencaps that we can analyze to see what happens first or second?

DeAnna also says in the VO in the beginning of the season that DeAnna is only 26 and shouldn't be looking to be settled down and married...but, that is what she wants!

Watch that TV.com preview. Why is Jesse SO nervous? Is it due to having to play a role that he isn't? Changing his looks and hair cut? Trying to fit an image he thinks her family would want? Saying to DeAnna 'Oh, this is one of your surprises again?' Like it's a negative thing?

A question to all of the veteran FORT sleuthers...

Do you think any of these interviews that are leading people to believe it is Jesse are just the typical way TPTB inject doubt into all of our minds?

And, Deanna has said that she wants it to be a big surprise for the viewers. So, if she is talking about Jesse as guy she couldn't live without in her life, then is it also possible that she is trying to throw us all off as well?

Sorry if this has already been discussed.
