Is it possible AT ALL that Frank actually didn't have a girlfriend when he went on the show, that Nicole was indeed his ex, and that he sincerely made the decision between HTD and Tahiti?

I realize this would still make him a jerk because he accepts a rose at the F4/3 RC.

But what about the filming that was supposed to have been done on the HTD with his g/f? Did that happen before or after Ali arrived in town? And it wouldn't have happened 5 minutes after he "realized" his mistake. It would have taken the crew time to set up and film them (depending on what we're going to see and how many locations). I also noticed he looked kinda freaked out when Ali called out Justin in Iceland like he was thinking oh crap-that's what I'm gonna be facing too. I think he had a plan or he was a plant all along. JMO

If it weren't for the girlfriend footage (whether it gets shown or not) he might have some plausible deniability, but he's caught red-handed on this one. I don't know why, for some reason I just can't hate the guy...but he was up to no good with this show.
