Because it's one of the storylines that CH will bring up ... CH will call Justin to the hot seat, and talk about his exit; and the other guys will be asked to chime in with their thoughts.

They know in advance which storylines they want to follow up with on the MTA. They have had the entire filming in the can for several months by the time the MTA is filmed.

That could work, yep. It's probably already decided that they are going to bring up Justin even if he isn't there, and it's only normal for the other guys to comment on him.

Bet is right. Justing will come up and be discussed with or without him there. CH will give some lame comment about Justin declining to come and then they will all pounce on Justin.

Funny thing is I believe Justin when he says he's to the guys and I believe they offered 2nd season of BP to get him to agree as well. I think Jessie was paid off to lie about Roz last season. This is how MF operates.
