It is so frustrating! I see it exactly the same way. I am wondering if he and Kip have an understanding. Kip may be aware of Reid's affection toward Jillian and is really holding his spot in the line-up and will bow out now that most of the competition has been eliminated. I don't see any emotional connection on Kip's part. The way that he and Reid exchange glances and shake hands comes across to me as Kip's indicating that he has Reid's back.

This season could be subtitled "Stump the Sleuthers". Personally I hope there is no engagement because feelings cannot be sorted out and tested and confirmed in that length of time and in that environment.

The name of this show is THE BACHELOR/BACHELORETTE and with one exception that is what it produces.

I am with the latter part of the bolded section..............I see Reid as very genuine.

As far as her "concerns" with Reid, I believe that she said that in a joking manner as she was laughing as she was saying it........I don't think that would be a "concern" as you say.

Regarding ED as being the clear winner....................I would hate to see someone be the winner that is described as Ed.............he was with 2 ladies during the filming of the show, he doesn't look great in those pics that were taken recently, and I honestly wonder how much time he will set aside for Jill considering that his job means more to him than her(he left her and went back to his life instead of staying and committing to her and the process)

Ditto! It was all in the camera's they want it took SEEM like he was talking about Reid to put doubt in everyone's minds!

Yup. And who is to say that one of the other guys would not leave her either in another situation. It is her life and I will leave that up to her to decide.

I agree about Ed and Spain, and judging from the previews for FD, he is funny and all together F1. But, what if somehow she were to learn that he had a girlfriend. What if Ed tells her that himself, but says it's over because he couldn't stop thinking of Jillian? Or, what if he says he went on the show for some reason other then to find love, but.....?

It is possible that Jilly will feel betrayed that she made it all the way to LCD or FRC before he opened up and told her - she can't trust him, that he waited until F1 before he told her. Or someone (Wes) tells her and he confirms it.
What looks so perfect, could go down in an instant. (Producer contrived to meet the storybook ending - no love connection).


Yes, sorry to say this, but I've grown cynical over these years with respect to this show - the one that brought me here in 2003.

Can't be the same guy/room - lamps are different colors - I doubt they would run in and out and change the lamps LOL - but one never knows......

Also of note - the suite that the shutter is in - there are NO exterior windows in that sweet from the bedroom area - in the bed guy - there is an exterior window....................

Can anyone find pictures of a beach that matches this one with black/dark brown sand? The sand at the beach you mentioned above does not match the sand in the pic below.

I can't find an exact match, but Maui does have some rocky beaches and darker sand beaches that might look like black sand/lava, including on West and North Maui, where they are. I also think it depends on the time of day. The one below is Punalau Beach (Windmill Beach) on the North Shore:



The description says:

The beach itself is lovely. Trees and steep rocky slopes surround the beach, as you can see in our photo. The sand on this beach is a mixture of white sand, small grains of black lava and shells of all sizes. Coral and rock flats extend about 100 yards from the shoreline.

The beach is a popular launching point kayaks used for fishing. In the winter months it's a popular surfing beach. The wave break is produced by a ridge that extends about a mile off shore.

I'm not saying either of these are them, but if you google maui and rocky beaches, you find they exist.

My main problem with the Kip beach being on the Big Island is the filming schedule. If they only filmed there two days (the 23 and 24), I don't see how they got adventure dates in as well as parent greeets. But, I could be wrong. And maybe they went to Kauai from the 20 to 22 and had LCD's there. Maybe this shot is of a different island altogether.
