Wes the musician. I have no doubt about that. She's too into the fact that he sings and plays the quitar. They never talk about much of anything else. I also think the fact that he doesn't really seek her out and makes her do all the work attracts her. It's not healthy but I do think his being a challenge makes him more appealing at present.

I am confused. I think that the guy in the screencap with the blue suit(really brown), narrow trousers and "pointy" brown shoes is perhaps Kip as F2 and therefore matches the hugging shot supposedly at the FRC. I can't believe I am doing this.

Great question! My take is Jillian was captured by the fantasy of having the Wes the "musican/bad boy". It's weird....because while with some of the other guys, especially Kip, she was soooo "hands on". However, with her #1guy Wes....nothing more than a little peck on the lips...and for me (the viewer) even that lacked passion! It's almost as if Wes was getting the "friend edit"

for the viewers, yet F1 in Jillian's mind!

You get to know a lot about a person when you are both in unfamiliar territory. I think Jillian is getting to see a lot of the real Reid, Reid unplugged. For a woman who has sent several guys home because she didn't feel like they were being themselves around her, seems like she doesn't have that to worry about with Reid.

I also think it implies a level of intimacy to say "we would fight a lot". Seems like real life, real relationship kind of stuff vs a superficial infatuation. I love it "Reid unplugged"!

I think every married women would do this to her husband at one time or another.

But I think if you are to much a like then life would be boring. I love the "Soy grande" comment that Reid makes to the shop owener. I thought I was going die of laughter. But thats what makes his edit so fun and real unlike some of the other guys like Ed. Ed seems so serious at times that I don't see the connection, but I could be wrong though.

I have wondered if Jillian's line of "Wes is my #1 guy right now" (paraphrased at HTD) wasn't scripted. TPTB know that would rile up any audience! There has not been any passion at all btwn Wes & Jill - don't you think she has caught onto that before now? I am not as convinced as others that she is completely head over heels about Wes. Don't get me wrong, I think she likes him, but I think she is a smart girl and does see the red flags. She may have been hopeful that he would feel differently over time, she has indicated that they had a connection. Now the edit can be playing into this and there may have been a whole lot more to their relationship than what we are seeing. If that is the case, then I can better understand her being head over heals about him. I just have not seen the mutual chemistry, that's all.

Soy Grande. The problem with that cute Reid scene is that she told him it meant big, but he turned to the worker for confirmation that he was right and that it meant great. She turned her shoulder to him and that led to her PI about them being on foreign soil, fighting a lot and laughing a lot. IF Reid is serious in this relationship (or any relationship) he has to learn that the woman is always RIGHT. You don't dismiss her answer and ask someone else. This questioning habit of his could become very annoying down the road. I mean if she said potato and he said potahto, would he call a friend rather than giving it to her? Wise up Reid - it's a woman's world.

Prior to seeing the HTD Epi, I would have believed Jillian's comments were scripted. However, her tears (during the Wes/Jake convo) were real - and we know Jillian is no actress

. As much as I didn't want to believe she was that into Wes.....I'm convinced that she indeed was into the thought I having Wes, the musician/bad boy - yes, in spite of the red flags.

Knowing that's where her mind was at that point, it should be very interesting to see if/how she moves on with the F3. I can only imagine what she is thinking as she is watching this on TV!!Yikes!
