I was wondering the same thing. I know said that they would fight a lot & that they would also laugh a lot, but I thought it was kind of a strange thing to say, because it looked like they were having a good time.

Didn't she say in an interview that having someone who is as quirky as her and funny as her might be too much in one room? paraphrasing.....I think that's perfect for Jilly and Kip. She's funny and keeps him laughing. He laughs alot around her with his million dollar smile.... lol

Hmmmm....regarding her selection of Wes - imo she chose him because that's who she felt had the strongest connection.

...imo it was preety clear that at this point of the journey, she had fallen hard for Wes and he was (at that time) the guy highest on her radar. She even confirmed this (Wes being her most compatible) on her PI from Austin.

This is true. Then things turn really bad in Spain. Jillian is going to be second guessing herself and her ability to judge these guys after the slip-up from Wes. I would imagine that we will hear PIs from Jillian concerning her ability to see what these guys are really all about and wondering if she should question their intentions more.

She definitely had it bad for Wes. Totally infatuated with the guy. I also think if she was going to boot him she wanted it to be on her terms and not right after Jake spoke with her. I think she wanted it to be viewed as solely her decision.

Maybe Reid got them lost and wouldn't ask for directions . My husband and I fight a lot when we are traveling---especially by car. Funny though, if it weren't for his quirks I probably would have knocked him over the head by now with a frying pan.

You get to know a lot about a person when you are both in unfamiliar territory. I think Jillian is getting to see a lot of the real Reid, Reid unplugged. For a woman who has sent several guys home because she didn't feel like they were being themselves around her, seems like she doesn't have that to worry about with Reid.

Or the idea of Wes in that he reminds her of her first real boyfriend. That conversation with Reid was left in for a reason and I think that it does explain the attraction she has for Wes. He reminds her of a lost love and if it was her first love then that makes it more powerful.

Oooo...good question, SDMOM. She could have fallen for the idea of being with a musician, but I do think she really liked the man Wes was portraying to her. Whether or not that is the real Wes is unknown. His friends and family say he is, but editiing would suggest otherwise.
