I think it is likely that Jake gets cut on the last date before the HT dates. It would draw the story line along better if he returns the very next week.

If Mike and Mark have the 2:1 date, Mark is sure to go.\

This will happen at the end of episode 4. The episode will start with the top 13 traveling to Vancouver. At the end of the episode Jillian will cut 3, bringing the number of guys to 10.
