I found a picture of one of the rooms, and it doesn't match. Can't seem to save it to post it here. But it has a totally different headboard - thin slats, maybe iron. Different lamps. And it looks like the balcony is blue wood, no wrought iron except a fence around the pool. And no hot tub.

Room comparison alert:

This may have been mentioned but the room where Jillian and who appears to be Reid has no pic above the bed. The room with the "sick" bachelor does have a pic. Still doesn't mean it isn't Reid in both but it isn't the same room.

I found rooms too and large outside shots of the hotel and they are not a match. Plus - the hotel looks pretty gnarly in some places (tripadvisor had pictures of moldy rooms) what I do think this tells us is that is it likely in Spain as they use the flower pots on the wall like that.

I'm sure that's Reid, because the blue/purple shirt Jilian is holding in the scene with the robes matches the shirt Reid is wearing that night on their date walking by the Cathedral.

Maybe the weird hotel set-up has to do with them having to fit Ed in when he comes back...

I just think that room is just too small to be a FD, IMO. I could be wrong though, but I can honestly see that as more Spain.
