Do you think this is when Reid leads, or could she be walking to the hot tub? They were both in robes, do you think she would still be in a robe walking him out?

This staircase leads down onto the terrace, I don't think you leave the building via this staircase. It might be helpful if someone could repost the SC of the EME that show the terrace/staircase layout beside this photo as I am sure there will be alot of repeat questions about this if we don't!

Would Microsoft confirm that Ed is an employee for that article a few days ago if he quit his job? I'm genuinely asking. I don't think they would but I don't know the standard operating procedure on that.

ok so i heard from a good source that ED was just part of the sort of scripting .. if you will... just like the Jason/Molly?melissa thing.. and he was just away and came back for drama. Think about it.. why is ED above anyone else allowed to have communication with the outiusde world.. ie: his boss.. when no one else can contact their families etc??? part of the plan.. and the contracts designate that they sign to be away at least 6 weeks when they sign their lives away to play a part in the show. Therefore I agree with my friend who has confirmed that this small part was just a little bump in the road for drama....

I definitely don't think Ed quit his job. He is way too responsible and devoted to his work to do that. What I do think is that he went back home and felt a lot of regret and guilt for having left. When you watch his departure interview he says he really thinks she could have been the one. So I think when he got back to Chicago he told his boss that he really had feelings for her and the boss (having a heart) said 'go back and get 'er'... Know what I mean?? Or try to get her etc.

pLEASE SEE MY POST A BIT LATER ON... You ar eaccurate about this part being scripted.. I know this from a good source that Ed was not back at work.. as I stated why he is and only he allowed to have contact with his boss when everyone else must not talk to families and or work? The contrats say they must be away for at least 6 weeks,,, so i am with you on this one i dont however think the whole show is scripted, but certianly parts are edged along for tv drama purposes....

I personally think they come back to this hotel and go to seperate rooms to change. She is standing there and Reid is just coming up the stairs with clothes in hand and robe on. They go in the room and throw the clothes on the bed and hug. Based on her hair I do not think they have done their hot tub time yet. She always pulls it up in a clip or in a pony for that. She still has her bangs pulled back like they were on the date. The look on her face and the smile just look like a greeting to me not a goodbye.

I also have seen a tweet from a girl in Chicago that says Ed was with his gf recently. Now whether that is true, remains to be seen.
