I am SO bummed. I felt awful for Jesse and was surprised at how bad I felt for Michael. Wes..........................i s a snake. I no longer care if it's edit or otherwise. I want this guy gone.

I was surprised that Reid's HTD felt awkward. They all did a bit. I hate getting so attached to some of the guys and seeing them leave at this point. :::sigh:::

And Ed said he made a mistake by leaving? Wonder how that sits with Microsoft. And that he'd never do it again? Also wonder how that sits with Microsoft.

    Like I said. I'm bummed.................

I felt worse for Michael than Jesse and I think it's because I could tell that Michael had fallen hard for her.

I didn't find Reid's HTD to be awkward at all.I enjoyed it quite a bit.Actually the awkward award I would give to Jesse's date.

You can tell Micheal totally fell for her so it was definately hard to watch. After seeing him act immature throughout the whole season, his goodbye PI was quite mature and really sounded heartfelt. IMO.

Chris even said she loved every minute of the HTD with Reid. I guess some still won't see it though.

There's a deleted scene from Jesse's HTD and it was pretty lame deleted scene to me.

I don't see why he would lie about that though.

Anyway, I read that Reid looked like Clark Kent and in one shot he soo totally did scream Clark Kent to me.

ITA ... lame! I would have liked to have seen more of the funny stuff from any of the HTDs.

During Ed's return speach I had to actually pause the show to make a comment to my husband and daughter who were watching with me. Ed said that the entire time he was gone he was only thinking of her (or something to that effect) and I said "Yea, he was sitting in a bar with some other women having some drinks and thinking about how much he missed Jillian. Please!" I have said for a while now that the whole Ed leaving/returning was producer influnced and tonight really showcased that for me. Perhaps TPTB should hire better writters if they insist on doing this scripted crap.

I was expecting a very emotional and heartfelt return of Ed to the show. I thought they would have shown us more to try to convince the viewers he had a right to come back. It did not feel sincere to me, but next week's preview looks like they are back on track.

Jillian knew what was coming with Jake too. There was no surprise when he showed up. No, "How did you know where I was?" "How did you know I'd be here", "Jake, this really isn't a good time, I'm getting ready to leave." And, did you see how fast she dialed his number on that phone to call him back? She didn't even have to look it up, she knew the numbers by heart. How believable is that?

Really disappointing work by Fleiss & co.
This really bugged me about tonight's episode as well. Ed was supposed to be inconsolable?! Hardly. He looked like he had just cashed a big bonus check and was heading off for a long vacation, practically giddy. Not believable at all.

And the Jake/Wes stuff just wasted valuable time. Could have said just as much in half the time. I would rather see more of the other HTDs.

Can't stand all the scripted stuff, especially when they can't even hide the fact that it's scripted.
