People often find themselves in a situation where they have to make difficult choices and each one of them has consequences. One can find other jobs but if he really wanted Jillian why bail out in the middle of it knowing there are other guys there she could possibly fall in love with once he left.

I personally, could never fall in love with someone who did not take their job and responsibilities in life seriously and responsibly.
