I don't think he was "seen", he had some on-line activity a few days after FRC, but that could be done from anywhere

Cupcakes posted on 5/27 that Reid's facebook count went up by 4 from checking in the previous night on his account. She presumed that meant he was now home but left it with a ? on her comment. Time of her post on the forum was 12:41am so not sure if "last night" was pm of 26th or 25th???

The show is scripted and plotted in advance, and tweaked all along the way. The GIRLFRIEND scandal is part of that aspect of the show. It isn't something "real" for Jillian or else she is too gullible for words. In any event, I smell hired talent plant, agreed spoken lines/dialogue, and a clumsy planned plot device -- namely,the heroine's "task" is to find the One(s) who are their for the Right Reasons. Wes is their for publicity; some guys have girlfriends; some people focus on guy on guy conflicts to the exclusion of building a relationship with Jillian; some are there for travel and fun and to make friends in Hollywood. Jillian's Quest -- per the script -- is to find out who is there for HER. So that's the Journey dully playing out week in, week out.

What's more interesting to me is not WHY someone did the show or did not, but whether a spark of something that can last beyond the Contrived Plots and Conflicts has been lit.

And whether someone was plotted in advance to be there for the Right or the Wrong Reasons is not very predictive of whether a spark is lit. Just my opinion.

I'm not in favor of Men Who Cheat, and certainly don't deny they exist to cause pain and shame.

Well said, and I agree with your prior post as well - the girlfriend drama was scripted, as is the guy being primed to be next Bachelor. Even Jillian said in her May 12 teleconference something about if she doesn't feel it for either of the F2, she is prepared to walk away with no one. So, the show is about potential, and whether anyone clicks or not doesn't matter because the "show" script is prepared to entertain regardless.

I have no clue atem. I thought I read somewhere at some point that there was a cap of David. I remember people stating that they were stumped that Jilli would keep him another week after their little talk where she refused his kiss. This is just way too confusing.

I remember reading that as well but I have not seen any epi 5 sc's of David.

Exactly - remember before the show even began to tape RS said that Fleiss already had a few tricks up his sleeve.....believe nothing you hear and only half of what you see....

Facebook adds, twitter posts, etc are somewhat irrelevant in this season. Several of these guys posted on social networks while they were definitely still filming the show. Apparently they had access to mobile phones, computers etc during downtime. With the long Hawaii taping this was especially the case. The real question was when they were actually seen in public.

I don't think she's going to let Tanner go - if anything he has information on who does have girlfriends, she should keep him just for that info.
