They've done it before. They even added a back side to Trish's thong in Jesse's season. And last season there was a blue/yellow dress shot that was changed.

There is a cap of John P at the Venice beach date (he's the one taking Jillian down from the basketball rim).

I don't remember anymore what thread it's in, atem, but I think the general consensus was that the picture was actually Juan. The largest cap (I think) we have of him is #12 in this thread.

Well, I'm sticking to that being John P. He doesn't look anything like Juan to me.
