If I'm understanding your question correctly, I believe some people have confused her FRC dress (pink), with the color of her dress at the ATFR taping (reported to be white).

When you say that Graham was intended to be her F1 and Jeremy her F2, do you mean that's what she actually wanted? Or that's what TPTB intended?

She wanted Graham, but he didn't want her - instead he wanted to leave?

If the producers always wanted Jason as F2, why didn't Jeremy become F1 instead of Jesse?


From someone who watched it without any of the behind-the-scene chaos, it sounds like that was a really tough season to be invested in, and read about on these boards. Glad I dodged that bullet!

Although now that I've discovered the boards, I'm probably doomed from now on.

But now I'm fascinated with what really went on in Deanna's season.

I believe from the first night, DeAnna's desire was Graham F1 and Jeremy F2.(As per what she has said herself) If you remember, Graham got that very first date on the 2nd episode. That is because DeAnna was completely smitten with Graham. She wanted to take Graham all the way to F1 and Jeremy to F2.
I don't know exactly how it happened, but on that hometown date, Graham decided he wanted to leave. (It may be because he didn't feel like he could propose at the end, but I don't know that).

That changed things up. Why did Jesse become F1 instead of Jeremy? I don't know!!
Personally, I felt Jeremy was the best match for her.

Jason as F2 was the producer's choice. Think about it. The single dad ( with the almost perfect edit) gets his heart broken. He becomes the next Bachelor and get his chance at love. Wellah!

There is a rumor that has been floating between boards (include ABC and here) from someone that has posted a theory of the FRC. It seems to be contrary to what we have heard from reliable posters like cupcakes and bloomers though.

You have that correct... that's the FRC long dress... it was sleuthed out long ago down to the manufacturer, and it is a very pale pink.... many people thought it looked white in some pics... your eyes are just fine!

The dress in Hawaii at the FRC is definitely Pink, although I've heard other people say its white, maybe a TV thing?

I could see that DeAnna was completely smitten with Graham and really wanted him but he was not interested in being the final 1. I also thought Jeremy was the best match for her, and he seemed to be really interested in her.

And yes, of course Jason got the almost perfect edit. And he had a huge fanbase so it makes sense that the producers would want him to be the next Bachelor.

It just seems odd that she starts out with Graham and Jeremy and ends up with Jesse (who came out of nowhere... and I didn't see that one coming at all) and Jason (who as you said, got the almost perfect edit). Given those choices it made no sense to the average viewer why she picked Jesse because there seems to be NO connection at all.

Because she is sexually attracted to Ed, so much so that she ignores all the red flags...the ones that tell her or any level headed female...this guy is not good marriage material.

She claims she has good judgement, well based on what we've seen and heard, I really wonder about that.
