Any guys/shots in particular that you are questioning? In past seasons there has been footage of the guys at home before filming, including guys who didn't get HTDs...this season I remember a clip of Sasha and his family dancing on a patio (don't ask me WHY I remember that, but it stood out for some reason). Who else were you wondering about?

None that I recall, but maybe Kiptyn waiting for Jillian.

Ed nor Reid had one done.

was just watching the preview for Spain again and noticed that when Kip and Jillian met they were both excited to see each other. He always runs to meet her halfway and always picks her up and kinda swings her. She gave him the same hug that she gave Jason, where she wraps her legs around his waist. The other greetings were "luke warm" - nothing like Kip and Jilly's!

It was the excuse the Tessa gave to her friends in an email when she went on the show. I tend to suspect that this one might be the one that is suggested by the producers.

At one time, the contenders were not supposed to tell people they were going to be filming ( or at least when it was being done). I don't know how strict TPTB are about that anymore.

I wanted to address that because I, too, was one that questioned this very thing. I heard the answer later.
I have read bits/pieces about Ed's "alleged" girlfriend, but I simply can't believe Ed would risk his own personal and professional reputation by appearing on a national TV program knowing the dirty truth would be revealed--what would he gain from the controversy? Has this allegation been proven or is it merely unsubstantiated rumors at this point?

The poster who has revealed the personal name of the alleged GF is certainly no friend of hers!

Not like Kip's, Jillian jumps right into Kips arms and wraps her legs around his waist.. no comparison in the greetings IMO

It's like there are two series: Classic Bach (think Meredith, or Firestone) and Cruddy Bach (think Matt, or Jason). I miss the old days, when hometowns were just hometowns and families went wild without anyone's help.

I am finding Gov. Sanford's meltdown far more interesting this week, sad
though it is for his family. It presents real emotions and true grappling with conscience, morals, values and the possibility of love, both in and out of marriage.
    Sadly,yes....
    I totally agree..
This show has been re-run so many times and has lost any originality , natural
    spontinaity, or genuine emotion..
There isn't much "reality" left in this reality show. What once had some " real" couples emerge with a shot at making it after, seems more like an overly
edited soap drama with recycled dates , cheesy lines , a robotic
host, and fake manipulated drama .
The producers have gotten complacent, bored, or just plain lazy in there attempts at making this show spontaneous / and or " believable or realistic.

If Jilly ends up with someone she has a " spark" with in the end, or a " sparkle" which I think the case may be this season, then she has atleast brought some entertainment value back to this show, for me atleast. And if they can make it in the real world then she has completely beaten the odds and the Fleis machine.I am cautiously optimistic this time, not sure why, just a
feeling....maybe because it's been so long or maybe because I like Jilly and think she is making a sincere atempt here. The bachettes often do try , atleast.

I was told once by someone who" would know "that this show actually ruins the chance for any couple because of all the manipulation and head games
played and that the atmosphere is so " unrealistic"....

Unfortunately this show seems like " Survivor" more every season..
    Outwit, outlast, out play..

    How romantic..

In Chris Harrison's blog he says something about Jillian wondering if she's good enough for Kiptyn and that is an interesting dynamic between them. It seems like he said something similar about Molly and Jason from last season. Something along the lines of he always seemed more concerned about what she thought of him rather than vice versa. Does anybody remember that?

My thoughts as well. He also got the shimmy. I also loved her reaction when Kip's mom told her that he had a spark about him that she hadn't seen in a while.

    Convenient, isn't it?
Kind of like when we hear the same lines coming out of F1s, and the same storylines match up to the same positions just in different seasons.
