I am so sick of all the manipulation going on on this show. For a show that is supposed to be about falling in love and finding your soulmate, everything the producers do contradicts that. They may want the drama and the ratings but 1) everyone can see right through the fake drama and 2) the ratings for this show will NEVER, EVER be high..I mean come on, it's a dating show for god's sake. I was really hoping this season would be fun to watch because Jillian seemed like a great girl on Jason's season but this season has been one of the most annoying seasons to watch. Everything seems so contrived and false. I feel bad for all of the contestants who were thrown under the bus by their edit and I feel bad for Jillian because a lot of people are just starting to extremely dislike her. I wanted to see a love story unfold with maybe a little bit of drama (IMO, Deanna's season was the best..in terms of balance between drama and the love story. And her season seemed authentic and had better guys in general). Reid, my favorite contestant of ALL TIME, was sent home and will now apparently return (and possibly become the bachelor, which I DO NOT WANT..I don't think he will do it either, he is too sane) and win her heart. I now understand why people do not want this to happen. I just want him to find a normal girl in real life. Jillian, I feel bad for you because your season has been the worst season ever. I don't even want to watch the finale but I probably will because Reid might be in it. If he does win and they are truly happy then good for them but if it was all producer planned, shame on Jillian for agreeing to all of it. Sorry for my venting, I hope if all makes sense. You guys are amazing at sleuthing, keep doing what you're doing.

God I hope that isn't true. Hey anders, ever think of changing your pic to a newer one of Jesse? I think he looks waaayyy hotter now than he did on the show. How come that is always the case ??

Why is Jill pushing these guys so hard for an engagement? It's completely unrealistic. She should respect the guy that wants to take it slow and not rush ahead.

I would think Jillian would know better than most just how little an engagement at the end of the show means. How many couples have actually got married or even stayed engaged? Two? Three? Less? Seems it would make more sense to pick the one she feels the most connection with, after examining her feelings and motivations as thoroughly as possible, instead of the one who is saying what he knows she wants to hear. Then take it into the real world, give it your best shot, and see what develops.

I just hope no one makes a petition to make Reid the next bach.

I remember not too long ago how much love Jillian got on these boards, and few months from now I could see Reid getting the De/Jason/Jillian treatment.

I think some people are just always trying to downplay their connection . She definitely has strong feelings for him and has from the start. I am now really beggining to think that Kip is her f1 after last nights show and the previews they showed

I thought it looked she was pulling away when I watched that scene last night. I think she's already made up her mind at that point. I bet Kip got the first date ... again. I think he sets a standard that the other guys just can't live up to.

I kind of take the opposite opinion. I think it was incredibly tacky, but I think the only way tptb would do this is if the guy comes out on the other side, redeems himself in some way. Just my feeling. So I think it must end well for Ed.

No doubt that it's totally tacky. I also think Jill could have been handled in a classier manner.

Horrible thing to do because the doubt is now there. It's not so easy to recover from something like this (harder for Ed no pun intended lol)and to get out of it will be equally tacky because now she will say things to make it clear they did it which is again TMI.

It could also appear Jill is settling for the guy who will propose because of the 3 so far he seems the one most vocal about that. She's desperate for the ring to the point that it truly makes me sad for her and I like Jill.

I've noticed with Jill/Ed that her head most always leans back when he kisses her unless she is in heels. It's a height thing. As someone else said her arms are around him, and I'm sure Ed will eventually put her hands on her face to hold her steady. Jmo.

I agree but her wantin a ring has been a big part of the show. She's been honest about it which is fair. It wouldn't be how I would go about things and judge them because I put more emphasis on the long-term versus the short-term which is the ring. I also think the relationship no matter who is F1 might have a better shot without the additional stress and pressure of a ring.
