Julien Hug, his restaurant is Mille Fleurs in Rancho Santa Fe.
Judging from his Facebook, I'm guessing he was home around April 10. Before that there was about a month of no updates or anything from him.
I'm almost certain he's the guy jumping out of the plain in the promos, he's a certified skydiver.

Just trying to get all the info in the same place. =)
