Bachelorette 5 Sleuthing Thread **SPOILERS**

Did Jillian or her family break contract and talk? How else would a solid F1 pick hit the Vancouver restaurant scene grapevine? That is what bothers me about all the pre-disclosures of the rankings...unless they come from a production leak, which is what happened last year. Although, we could "see" Melissa was the F1 twirling figure accepting a ring in the first previews, it was a race to find the identity of Purple Dress Girl. The production leak last year had to do with Post-FRC activity...I don't know - I just have a hard time thinking contestants break contract even to their nearest and dearest.

Same goes for the post about a reliable person regarding Kiptyn being single and ready to mingle after the FRC. How did this reliable person come by their information? Did they get Kiptyn drunk and put on the thumbscrews?

Both of these postings may have truth to them, so I'm not dismissing them, but...

I'm thinking Reid might be the one to come back. It's him or Ed going F3 but I'm leaning towards Reid going and coming back because Ed leaving and coming back twice seems really off. I've always seen Kip as F2.

It seems like things get messy the last day. If she really is confused like Reid states and that line really is from FRC I hope show ends with her dating one of them versus proposing. I've often thought Charlie was spot on with that one but TB likes drama and they might push her.

The only reliable information is coming from sdl, imo. it's pointless to keep guessing who she picks as F1... as we know there is no love story.

She didn't say that there was a solid F1 pick coming from the Vancouver restaurant scene--she had picked up some info, and, taken together with checking out spoilers,etc. that lead her to form an opinion. I don't believe she was talking bout a major leak.

And last season we had the poor relative of Jason who was adamant he was still with Melissa. Even she hadn't been told what happened. Now THAT was sad. I felt really bad for her.

BUT, sdl said his info on no love connection stopped before Hawaii. He didn't say there was no love connection in the end. I'm holding onto that with both hands and with my feet anchored in cement.

Now, she was a wonderful lady, who was actually in NZ at the time of the taping. She knew he picked Mel & never knew a thing about what happened after. She firmly believed it was Mel all along.

We really don't know if Jillian is not with her choice. SDL said the season was a friggin disaster, but that doesn't mean we know the ending. She could have fallen for her choice & they were so normal & boring, there was no show to produce around them. She could have had interest in one, not any great love, and they could still be dating & realize they really like each other a lot. We don't know anything about the ending as a fact.

I'msotired - I'm holding on as well.....since we know whe cuts Wes loose in Spain, perhaps she was able to at least refocus and develop a stronger connection with one of the "good guys" in Hawaii Call me naive...but I'm going to hold out on hope
