| Re: Bachelorette 5 Sleuthing Thread **SPOILERS** Ok, thanks. I'm glad to hear it as that would be taking the script way too far. I have always thought that the ending is that she opts for the guy that just wants to date over the guy that proposes as this would be a new ending. However, the clip where she says that she woke up and knew she'd be engaged, etc. suggests otherwise. Maybe the strength of her feelings about the guy that proposes makes her realize that she needs to slow things down with the one she keeps and just date in the real world instead of getting engaged? |

I am torn between seeing the "love story" they want us to see (and I want to believe), vs. the one I don't see and the surprise ending. I wonder if she is so attracted to all 3 guys, that she chose no one so that she is free to see any of them after the final show airs -- after the contractual "no dating period" is over if that exists. ![]() | |

| Re: Bachelorette 5 Sleuthing Thread **SPOILERS** Of course it could happen - anything could happen. It could even be crazy naked Brian of the infamous pool jump for all we know. JK, but I just think it's much less likely to be the F2 returning than others, mostly because of timing. JMHO |

) Anywho...I believe that she DOES choose someone but it will be unexplained (if only for a few TV moments)...OR...maybe...we will get a "Survior type ending where the F2 appraoch...(the votes are in)..and we see the "winner" posthaste at the ATFR ceremony...of course we will need that fade in...music...so that we go from FRC location to the studio ! ![]()

| Re: Bachelorette 5 Sleuthing Thread **SPOILERS** Since they've set the precedent of letting Ed return and visit her in her room after leaving the show, I can see where the returning proposer, F2, F3 or unknown guy, fully believes that he has the right to do it, too. |

| Re: Bachelorette 5 Sleuthing Thread **SPOILERS** "The guy that was so hard to let go off got down on one knee and proposed". ED - He was so hard to let go off .............In Canada I don't believe that the proposer is one of the guys she rejects at the F3/F2 Rose Ceremony, rather it is Ed who she found hard to let go off PREVIOUSLY. That is why she wanted to think/reconsider her pick carefully. My flag is planted on this one. I also believe that she asked her F1 for more time to consider her options at which time he "told her things that were hard for her to hear". It is probably also the hugging guy. That scene was NOT a goodbye scene, she would have looked way more distraught in that. Rather she looked upset because she had asked for more time and he questioned her. Thoughts ???????

| Re: Bachelorette 5 Sleuthing Thread **SPOILERS** Just my opinion, of course, but I think she has a great group of guys for her F3. They all seem very attentive to her and having a great time dating. Although I have been rooting for Ed, I don't think she could go wrong with Reid or Kip either. I think Kip is her "safe" #2 as he wouldn't take it as hard being let go as the other two. Even though he is interested in her, I could really see him getting cold feet at the end, and pulling back. He even talked to his sister about not doing anything rash. In the past I have sometimes thought F3 was let go because they were so crazy about the Bachelor/Bachelorette they would have the hardest time being rejected at the final rose ceremony. In any case, it is Jillian's decision, and I hope she picks someone that she will be happy with for the long haul. |

| Re: Bachelorette 5 Sleuthing Thread **SPOILERS** I can see it being either the F3 or the F2 returning to propose and especially after what happened last season with the balcony scene and Jason ending up with the F2. I'm sure TBTB allowed the guy to come back to propose for that reason and also for the ratings. I've never been one to think that TBTB don't care about a relationship coming from this show. Look how they proudly parade Trista and Ryan on every season of this show. That's not to say that exploitation doesn't happen on this show. If you give them the material they will run with it. |
