Here is the consensus from other spoilers around the web:

Final 3: Mike, Reid and Kip

They have the HTD's narrowed down to : Mike, Reid, Kip, Wes...with Jake showing up or something
(Reality Steve mentioned something about the numbers and how there could be five with HTDs).
Anyhow, most people are thinking that Jake pops in on Wes's date (perhaps Wes is the one with the gf?) and somehow gets some time and a SC out of it.

On some other sites they have concluded that Mike, Redi and Kip are definitely the guys in the SCs.

No news of the F1 although there is a lot of speculation over whether Jillian actually chose anyone at all...
for those who think she did pick a fellow (Reid)
otherwise, a lot of people think she went in brad's direction....

Not sure if already posted in hundreds of previous posts...but it looks like the FRC was Sunday 5/24. On Saturday CH tweeted he was watching the 2nd episode and writing the blog. His blog tonight states, that he wrote it the night before the FRC.
