That is what the producers set it up for every season. They already have a few in mind before filming begins, thus the editing they receive to persuade the audience to love them. If this person is refuses to do and say as requested while filming, their names are crossed off the potential list to "star" in their own show.

I even saw a recent pic of his mom and dad at some Halloween bash and she looked way younger than she is.

Just read Jillien's myspace page. Wow, I am quite excited about this man. He is not in media and does not seem interested in getting into media work. sounds very much like Jillian with a sense of adventure. This is one bachelor I can root for because I know he is on for adventure. Lets hope he falls in love.

You are right. The restaurant is a famous one in California. It's his life and future...I don't see him leaving it to be an actor, that's for sure. The show will be a great source of advertising it though. But, really I don't care! He is gorgeous! I'm surprised he's not married. Maybe, he's waiting to finding someone like his mom?

BTW, how his parents met is really interesting too.

I found this review of the restaurant and the reveiwer that the father was the host, but it was 'Clark Kent, aka Superman' that came to serve and came to find out it was Julien (son of the owner) that was now host and that Julien looked like he could take off his suit and save the world like superman, but he put all his attention on the reviewer (and the reviewer was really happy).

I can't wait to see how far he goes!

Dakota! I don't know how it went, but on jokers there's a mention of a poster at some place (don't know where) that lives near the mansion and saw the guys and limos.

Yeah it's the new thing for all of the celebs/hosts. He's primarily been talking about who he has been interviewing on Hollywood 411 but last night was the first mention of the Bachelor -- other than tweets with some past participants. This is from later in the evening last night (1:27am PST):
