Chris ask if she is excited about Ed showing up and proposing to her ( yes) do you love him ( yes) didnt catch the rest but it's that she Wants to spend the rest of her life with Ed not Reid.

I think the producers did this for the WOW concept...what girl wouldn't want a man to come in on a ok Red van and propose...
Unfortunately she fell for ED...I don't believe it will last, but I wish all parties happiness
