I agree and if they don't then it may or may not still happen (personally I wouldn't hold out much hope for it, because I just don't see this as a lasting romantic relationship, but then again I never saw the romantic relationship between them to begin with).

I just cannot believe that ABC would expect Deanna and Jesse to still be together 10 months from now, personally. And if they really do, that makes the editing of the show all that more baffling.

Of course, De's family or at least her dad was in the audience and was talking about how he they would ask De if she was gonna get to go see her 'F1'...LOL...that's what they called him because she couldn't tell who she chose.

I never doubted cape's veracity, but would be lying if I said some eensy-weensy part of me didn't hold out some hope that her sources got it wrong. With this kind of detailed information - even that tiny sliver of hope has been extinguished. So thank-you, I won't waste my time any longer. I wish Jesse and DeAnna all the best, he is not my cup-of-tea but seems like he'd be fun to date.

I am quite disappointed with the ending, and really could have totally gotten behind De & Jesse had they led me in that direction. They didn't imo. To me there was only ever "just enough" of Jesse to remind me he was on the program at all. It wasn't a case of me seeing only what I wanted to see, it was a case of me seeing what was shown.

I really sort of feel suckered, and some of that is my own fault I guess for buying into it. I will TiVo and watch the finale when I have nothing better to watch. And it has nothing to do with Jesse himself, I'm just not that interested anymore.... I thought we were going to see the conclusion of the story as it's been presented to us. But now it seems like they've scrapped that story and have to start again, building from Jesse & De's friendship. I can't read 3 books at once, it gets confusing

Good Luck De & Jesse. Hopefully, De.. you found what you were looking for.

The fact that she is even giving a wedding date, pretty much tells me that they are planning to have it televised. It also tells me that since it was leaked out who the F1 is, and saw the backlash they were getting, they decided to cancel the engagement party show to see if things will cool down with the jason fans. I cant imagine at this point, too many people wanting to see that wedding, but I could be wrong. I really dont think DeAnna or Fleiss expect all the backlash about the ending. I am sad that Jason is still hurting, but I know he will be fine, and whatever girl gets him, is one lucky lucky girl.

Obviously I am so sorry that he is still hurting (but I imagine he'll have plenty of offers for comfort) and hate to see such a wonderful guy go through all of this stuff, but I am so impressed and proud that he was gracious and came across very well (not that I would've expected anything less from him).
