), so I was going to be heartbroken for someone no matter what. I admit I've enjoyed these guys overall, so despite the ending, I guess I'd say I've still enjoyed it. Thanks to Cape and all those who've confirmed what she was brave enough to report, I am able to come to that conclusion before Monday night - I mean that sincerely, I really do appreciate it, ladies. As always, the FORT is the best!

| I LOVE LAMP | Re: The Aftermath Jesse is more than snowboarding. He started a foundation, which offers poor children who want to learn to snowboard financial help. I have heard from more than one person that he has such a great spirit that when you are around him it is as though he fills you up with energy and life. He pushes himself to always do better. He IS a neat freak, which I love. He's funny, charming, determined, ambitious, fun and smart. Jesse has the support of two parents that flat out love their boy who not only tried for years to have him but are still together and that goes a long way with stability. His parents named him Jesse because the name means 'gift from God'. His father seems to have such a tender, kind soul. I see a lot of him in Jesse, which will only show more as he gets older. Perfect? Well, no. Can't say that I've met one of those kind of people. But he does have some really wonderful attributes. |

Yeah, and they should have shown us this more instead of cramming Jason and Ty down our throats. It also doesn't negate the fact that he came on the show for publicity and that he is no where near ready for what Deanna supposedly wants. She was full of it anyway so.......

| Re: The Aftermath Totally different thought here - I remember DeAnna saying early on something to the effect that TPTB had been really good to her (my impression) in the sense that they did things a little differently for her in order to make the process more effective. Perhaps they didn't show much of what was going on at the mansion at DeAnna's request - maybe she asked for the mansion set-up so that she could spend more time in smaller groups with the guys she thought she was really interested in, and requested that setting to be a little more private. I'm sure they'd reserve the right to film things there, and if there was anything significant, that they would show it, but maybe it didn't seem very TV-worthy to them. Total speculation on my part - TPTB have not proven to show much respect to privacy (poor Chelsea!), but maybe if it was part of signing DeAnna, they conceded to it. |

| Re: The Aftermath Me either atem. I don't wanna see Jason's heart crushed. If I could feel happy for Jesse & Dee in contrast I would, but since I was never shown that love story, I can't. I also wanna send a message to the idiot aka Fleiss. Show me a love story dammit, this is a reality tv show, not Punked. |

| Re: The Aftermath First, until Monday none of us know for sure. That being said, no matter who she chose I wish them happy. Now that I've got that out of the way I have a few things to vent about: People who are judging Jason for having a son and the audicity to participate in the Bachlorette....Um single parents deserve a chance at happiness too you know. Saying that he shouldn't have brought his son into it ? well let's look at that. If Jason had not allowed ABC to show his son how would he have explained it when the sleuthers found out? About the same way that it was explained that Jesse explained away a gf that he had when he started the show. I'd rather someone be honest and show us who they really are, rather then sell themself like a threadbare tire off the back of a truck. For those who think its sour grapes of Jason fans to be pissed now because it looks like she's picking Jesse, and think that we should be happy for her: Yes everyone should be happy for her and whoever she chose. BUT, SHE is the one that was played last season, she is the one that was attacked for being plainspoken and unwilling to play games. She is the one that said that she wouldn't lead any of the guys on, and she is the one that said that if it wasn't there, she wouldn't keep Jason from his son. If she did choose Jesse, then she did play Jason, she did play games (we already know this from the mech. bull episode, but I digress) she did lead Jason on, and she should have sent him home to be with his son. I have always spoken up for her in the past, but if she did this, then I can't speak up for her again, and I won't later on when the wedding date comes and goes and she isn't married. As for Fleiss and his minions of misreprentation: this is what they do, it's what they've done and they'll do it again if we keep watching this trainwreck that always with the exception of ONE TIME ends badly. We keep watching because we are romantic and we hope against hope that we will see a happy ending- despite knowing that Fleiss only cares about collecting money, and not about happy endings. We hope and we get powned again and again by this guy. So why watch again? I don't know about you, but I am pulling myself out of the cycle of helping Fliess make more money off my viewing time. I'm done. You can't continue to do the same thing (watch this show) and expect a different outcome, (a loving real relationship) and then be surprised (Brad, Lorenzo, Jen, et al) each time it doesn't happen. |

| Re: The Aftermath I'm still trying to wrap my mind around this reshoot theory and that she did pick Jason but things fell apart ATFR? Or I just totally missed the Jesse love story because it was on when I was up grabbing a diet pepsi from the fridge? ![]() |

| Re: The Aftermath If even those paid people were 'shocked' with the outcome and they hadn't even been following the show, it tells me that the finale isn't going to answer many questions. Don't you think? |
