Someone on this board said it very well, only it wasn't said in a positive manner, but you shouldn't have to work that hard to be in love and be happy.
I don't think DeAnna has unresolved feelings anymore...and I think she is on her way to a healthy relationship. All references to Brad (and Graham) are gone for good from this point forward.

I don't think he wanted to be there in the end and I think she was slowly figuring that out. So no, I am not sure she would have ended up keeping him all the way.

Now if things had changed between them in a good way then yeah, probably.

ETA: And FWIW if she had chosen him as F1 I don't think it would have lasted. AFter reading Graham's interview and seeing his limo interview I just don't think the feelings were deep enough. At least not on his side.
Which he clearly stated if he had remained there would have been more opportunity to open up to her. He wouldn't; however, tell her what she was desperate to hear and that is that he was falling in love with her because it isn't something that needs to be forced into the time that was quickly running out on the show. She would have been more than willing to take him, proposal or not, to the end to see where it could have gone with each other. She was willing to accept that from Brad and I know would have been with Graham.

I agree, I think what was so hard for her is that she said goodbye to her usual type of guy(s) and moved on to someone who truly will make her happy. Will it work out for her? I hope so!! It did for Trista!

Let's hope so. That was getting redundant and annoying as heck. One could only tolerate that for so long before they plug their iPod up and tuned her out.

Hmmm. . . I am not so sure on that one. I don't deny that it's a possibility but don't see it as a sure thing. It is obviously that even if he had opened up they wanted different things and communicated in very different ways. And I just don't think his feelings were deep enough and I think she was sensing that and this time it wasn't enough. I think I will just have to agree to disagree with you on this one. Maybe I am giving her too much credit. Who knows?

Y'all can't honestly say that if he didn't choose to go, that he wouldn't have been her choice.
No actually I don't think she would've chosen him, because I think she was getting tired of the chase and also you cannot discount what Graham said in his interview when asked if there were no cameras and no other guys, do you think you could have fallen in love with Deanna he said, "No I don't think I could have fallen in love with Deanna". And this is the exact reason why De let him go on Monday night. I think her words here are key ... "And I can't take the chance that I would be standing there and you wouldn't choose me in return."

No one does know for sure. The same is true in life. Nothing is certain other than death, but you first must take the risk in order to get the reward from it. She clearly told him that she wanted to see where it would go with him while she was saying goodbye and telling him he was the one she thought she was falling in love with. Her fear that he wouldn't accept the final rose from her is what kept her from going forward -- which is in large part to what Brad did to her -- but, regardless, it is obvious from his interview that the right decision was made all around.

TBTB allow something in the edit and sometimes for a reason. All this Brad talk was leading up to Graham. The parallels with Brad were uncanny. But I don't, for one minute, believe that this is a foreshadowing to the ending of this show, but exactly the opposite.

Wow, wonder where that light switch is located???

If her feelings about being rejected in the end were resolved (not exactly sure how far back in her history these feelings might have started, but we know that is what happened with Brad and she even talks to Graham about it on their 1/1 date that afternoon), then why the comments about being afraid that she would choose him and be standing there and he wouldn't choose her. Unresolved in my book, not understanding that she does not need a man to stand there in order to be a complete woman, that she is not defined by a relationship. That it adds to her, not completes her. This whole episode has revolved around not doing what Brad did to her. Unresolved in my opinion.

You also have to remember, this interview took place today -- nearly 2 months since he left the show. He has had a lot of time since then to come to that conclusion. During the show and in the setting they placed these guys in, it's harder to determine that.
