If this is how it plays out - I'd give Fleiss and Deanna a standing ovation.... if not, it will have been the worse edited show to date... even worse than the Shayne Show, as hard is that is to believe

Interesting theory that Jesse might have been hired, does anyone know if ABC and MTV are affiliated in anyway?

I have thought about this theory too. But I cannot understand how Fleiss would be so overly consumed that he would tape a fake ATFR and fake proposals and how Jesse and Jason would go along with it all.

I still believe that the screencaps for the most part are the bread and butter of sleuthing, but it's hard to dispute human eyewitness accounts to ATFR. The big reveal for Jesse's story must appear during his visit to DeAnna's family. I am guessing that DeAnna will have modified her family timeline to adapt to Jesse's comfort level...sort of like Meredith admitting to liking Ian's wanderlust on her family visit. When the big reveal occurs on the Family Visit, for RCG players it's too late to change and Fleiss has won normally.

Seeing scs of Jason smiling embracing DeAnna really is the epitome of dramatic high and low. It just makes his letdown even more upsetting.

Personally, when I eat crow, I want it deep fried like turkey. I guess the crow population is going to take a hit this Monday, huh?

Not sure, but I also remember when doing some sleuthing that somebody from the gf's company said either in a blog or interview, that the show and all the gf rumours had caused lots of hits to to their website and although sales hadn't gone up, they were expecting them to when it got closer to winter. Didn't the gf start the rumours on our board and lure some FORTERS into the lies?? sounds like it could have all been planned from the beginning. ... it's a possibility....

What am I missing? Are we talking about intelligent life forms or not? What does Jesse bring to the table that an intelligent woman would bank her future on? Jesse lives in the present - he knows his time is short with snowboarding and that he has to do something else - he doesn't know what that will be - all he knows is what he thinks he would enjoy - - being a sports agent. If a man has no clue what direction his future is going - why on earth would he propose? And why would a woman accept the hand of a man who doesn't know what type of future he could offer her? If DeA' is truly ready for a relationship - settle down - have a family - just like what she has come from - then, the choice is obvious and her attraction toward Jason would have grown stronger than her feelings toward Jesse throughout the show. Furthermore, I am quite sure that all those alone days/nights in the big house were spent discussing the divorce, Ty, his relationship with his mother, the family situation, etc.... hours of conversations that were never shown that would explain why Jason is one of the last two. You just can't take a man who days prior to the final dates was so sure he wasn't ready to marry - - who admitted to loving a competition which is what he likened this situation to - - who felt smothered by an ex' gf who referenced herself as Jesse's girlfriend which he hated - - and who doesn't know where he is heading next in his life - and find it appealing to someone who for the sake of discussion is reasonably intelligent woman. And you furthermore can't take the proposal seriously - -

I agree 100%. This is what I have been thinking also. Did not see the Shayne Show, but IF Jesse is F1 the editing was horrible and I will never watch again. (Unless Jeremy is the Bachelor

They could have done it just for "good tv" and I think they'd have did it if asked. It would only be fair to Jesse though if he was paid from the beginning as then it would be just using him, and I wouldn't like that. But if it was just a job for the sake of his and his gf's company, I don't think he'd have a problem with it.

Many people have been claiming that there's evidence of a reshoot, or at least a retake, so I think it's possible. So much evidence and sc's point to Jason as F1, Jesse being F1 just doesn't make sense on any level IMO

Let's be honest here. She's not dumping these guys to avoid hurting them later on. They're not THAT pitiful and fragile.

She's dumping the guys she likes the least or that she sees no future with. We can tell ourselves that she doesn't want to her hurt someone by taking them to F2 and dropping them at the FRC, but that's just not the case.

She likes Jason a lot and can see more of a future with him than with 23 other men -- that's why he's still there. The notion that she wouldn't keep him this far to protect Ty is a red herring -- she kept him because she likes him. If she didn't see more of a future with Jason and Jesse than the other 23, they would have been gone - Ty or no Ty. And if she likes Jesse more than Jason, Jason will be gone at the FRC -- Ty or no Ty.
