This is maybe after she has accepted the proposal & Jason maybe get's all excited & leaps around the podium or jumps about like he has done before when waiting to see Dee!
Then maybe he comes back toward her for another hug & kiss & THAT is the one we see on the preview that everyone has thought was when he first arrives!

OMG I never thought I could come up with so many theories when you want a certain outcome!

OK I took the picture posted here and the one off Dreamer and it does appear to be a knuckle... not sure if you can tell from this though probably could moreso on video...

That's a really big knuckle...she would have to be balling her fist in a really odd way for her knuckle to be sticking up that far.
