Using Fleiss's definition for these words:
Candid - means throwing them under the bus (Susan during Travis' season comes to mind) - so I vote for JEREMY
Tense - sounds worse than it really is (Plo and Jen's gun-totting dad) - so I vote for JASON
Heartbreaker - overly attached mom/dad - GRAHAM
Greek Dinner - going overboard/pushing too hard - which seems like Jeremy, but something has to remove him from upfront status. This does fit JESSE, because they are having the "friends" edit w/ him.

Reading these descriptions I'm thinking back to the way some of Meredith's F4 visits were edited.
Tense: She had Ian pegged as her F1 by this point though they edited in his brother trying to scatter many flies (or fish in the sea) in the ointment and mess with Ian's head. For this I anoint Graham
Doesn't know whether she likes the family more than him: This takes me to Meredith's visit with Chad's family where both his mother and sister were huge bachelor fans and gushed and petted her the whole time. From what I read, Jesse was nominated for the show by his sister, so the family may react to DeAnna the way that Chad's did to Meredith. I nominate Jesse.
Candid Mother: This image took me right into Lanny's family dining room and the mother with fire in her eyes. I doubt that will be the case here, but religious differences may play a role in this visit. A mother's concern about her son getting involved through a tv show and laying out the facts of his life. My candidate: Jason
(Note: this visit has to be more warm and fuzzy than Jesse's, however, to hold with his F1 edit.)
Heartbreak: I'm going to tie this to Matthew's visit because, while his folks seemed to like Meredith and wanted their son to marry, they were cautious and had questions about the process. Jeremy's family (brothers) could be a combination of Ian's brother and Matt's folks - a cautionary tale for DeAnna about Jeremy's vulnerability. I choose Jeremy.
Of course, this non-analysis of future, not yet seen events about people I don't know may be totally specious.
One dinner is disturbingly tense: Jesse (they wonder why Jesse is doing the show if he already has a GF and maybe Dee is being compared to her).
Another's family warns her not to be a heartbreaker: Jason (since Jason has been heart broken before hence his divorce).
A third guy's mother is surprisingly candid: Graham (needs to grow up, maybe mom is too protective)
The fourth guy's family goes out of the way to make her feel at home, Greek feast included---but she wonders whether it's the bachelor or his family she finds so appealing: Jeremy
Candid can't be Jeremy since his mother is dead. Also, I think that these HTD descriptions are really trying to set us up for the way the rest of the season is going to go, IMHO.
Candid - Jesse, because he possibly isn't being candid with Dee, but he is appearing as a very open, tell it like it is guy
Tense - Graham, because this fits in with the rest of the edit he is getting and sets up a F4 departure
Heartbreaker - Jeremy, because she is going to break his heart when he leaves at F3
Greek Dinner - Jason, because there have been repeated references to Greece, food and family with them and this conflict of does she like him for him or his family will be part of the F1 doubt that always appears in the edit towards the end.
I have always felt that when Shayne's mom did the traditional English dinner for Matt, she had help from the producers in pulling that off.
I wonder if we won't see the same thing with Jason's. If TPTB are pretty sure at the point of the HTD that Jason is F1, I can see them helping to facilitate a big Greek dinner to impress Deanna.
As for the rest, anyone's guess is as good as mine.
I think my picks would have to be-
Tense- Jeremy-- only if because she's nervous abuot being the only female in his family for the HTD.
Greek- Jason-- Jason seems like he'd go out of his way to make her comfortable( he's a pyschologist after all and I bet he'd know the best way to show her his hometown)
Candid- Jesse-- only because if the rumors going around about him are true, then I can see why his mother would be candid with DeAnna about his feelings towards her.. This might be how she finds out( if she does)...
Heartbreaker- Graham Because of what he said about having 1 past relationship and I think he most likely has a close family who looks out for him...
Jason - Another's family warns her not to be a heartbreaker (because his mom does watch the bach/bachlorette she understands more than the others do (just assuming here) what goes on with the show and the editing) and she dosen't want her son hurt again.
Jesse -The fourth guy's family goes out of the way to make her feel at home, Greek feast included---but she wonders whether it's the bachelor or his family she finds so appealing. Dosen't she not know what happend to the another Greek Eric that was on the show (who also had a brother that was greek)
Graham - One dinner is disturbingly tense (according to sc he dosen't return to CA).
Jeremy - A third guy's mother is surprisingly candid. I think as someone posted above he has 3 brothers and they probably "interigated" her good.
JMO but I think heartbreaker will be Jeremy because the realization of no parents for DeAnna to meet.
Candid I think is Jesse because it also fits his personality.

Greek - Jason (wonders whether it's the bachelor or his family) family meaning his son.
