Behind the Edit **SPOILERS**

The entire premise of the show is to create uncertainty until the very end. We've seen it in every Bachelor episode and our best example is Andy/Tessa/Bevin. I always saw the love story of Andy/Tessa (connection was just at deeper level) and thought what ANdy had with Bevin was just outrageous chemistry - on BOTH side. Whereas what I see with De/Graham is her hots for him. He's so lukewarm with her and lacks passion/intensity. AND Graham goes at F4. We have not seen one meaningful scene with two of them as we have with Jason and De.

I truly believe that for those of us old fashioned romantics, this will be the most satisfying love story EVER on the Bachelorette with De/Jason standing together in the end.

Ron's statement could be referring to the same "one." The one she wanted to choose and the one she did choose are one in the same....

I was just watching a video someone has made, and it occured to me that we have only seen Deanna give a gift to one person, Jason (the star named for Ty). Now it is possible that she did give one of the other guys something, but since it is all about the EDIT, so far in this show Jason is the only one who is SHOWN to receive a special gift from Deanna. I think that has meaning.

Production ploy, the producers decide what she does and does not give, they decide the dates, they decide what the guys do. their lives are not their own for as many weeks as they are on the show.

Ron is a very articulate person, if he had wanted to say what you are implying he would have been clear and said she chose the one she wanted. He was putting it out there that the one she wanted and the one she chose were two different people. Don't doubt for a moment that these guys have been in contact. While they are contractually bound not to release info to the public they most certainly talk amongst themselves. Many a contestant has confirmed this.

I think we all agree that it will be Jason and Deanna standing together at the end. I think the real test will be a few months from now.

I agree with you, procheervet. I didn't think it would ever happen. As far as the edit goes, I just don't understand why are TPTB so focused on the Graham/DeAnna connection, if it will be Jason in the end?

I agree, Ron said exactly what he wanted to say & these guys stay in contact with each other. But, I understood the following statement a little differently.

It clearly states the one she wanted to choose and the one she did choose are one and the same. So, DeAnna did choose who she wanted all along based on what Ron said. Did she bring Graham back or were her emotions deeper with Jason all alone?

It has been clearly shown that DeAnna doesn't mind side stepping the norm and doing her own thing. Even though it's never been done before, I do see her bringing someone back if she felt she made a mistake. I'm not saying she did, I'm only saying it's possible.

Actually imo, Jesse's HTD visit sounds more like a F1 edit to me. The wording of "will she conquer her potential inlaws" versus the use of the words "his parents" was interesting. None on the other three HTD descriptions made reference to potential inlaws. Also, the wording refers to Jesse being patience with DeAnna while she learns to snowboard is also interesting. There's alot of parallels being made with Trista's Season and DeAnna's. For instance, Trista shared her first kiss with Ryan during his hometown date in Colorado. Deanna will share her first kiss with Jesse during his hometown in Colorado, as well. Trista emphasized that she fell in love with Ryan, during their Fantasy Date. It remains to be seen the results of DeAnna and Jesse's first kiss. Also do you remember what DeAnna said about how Jesse makes her feel when she's with him and that she could see herself spending the rest of her life with him? This was said during VO/PIs during Jesse and DeAnna's 1 on 1 date. My guess is that the VO/PI was done while on their FD, jmo. And there is the fact that Jesse is a dare-devil and DeAnna has admitted that she is one also. Both Jenni and DeAnna was impressed with Jesse at the M&G, so that was a good edit. I believe that Jesse can handle DeAnna's feelings for Graham. He knows it, so if he really falls in love with her, I see him giving her time to heal. He may want to wait until they are both sure that she's ready for the proposal. TJMO. There are a number of other F1 clue edits for Jesse that I've noticed so who knows....

The FIB is normally the kiss of doom, but this is a first with the three FIB so it's possible that DeAnna chooses a FIB as F1. I think that the majority of viewers do not see Jesse as a F1 contender, which imo makes him a real contender. Whew!
