PIPER, just loving this thread and all your wonderful thoughts, and your commentary is just hilarious, as well as enlightening. And how wonderful for you to respond to everyone (except me....where is a pout emoticon when you need one ) J/K...I think I figured out the answer to my question myself. Have to disagree with you here, if Deanna were only attracted to Graham on a physical level, he would not be able to "hurt" her. You have to have emotions invested to feel hurt. As to Jason, I see a compatibility perhaps, but I am not seeing the sparks fly like you do when she is with Graham, Jason is the comfortable pair of shoes and you say awww after you see them together, Graham is the Minolo's and you need a !

I don't see sparks with Graham anymore. I clearly see frustration on both parts. The physical attractiveness is there, but with both sides frustrated, that can only end eventually.

And of course De feels hurt, she was snubbed by someone she found very attractive. i'd be hurt too...but that doesn't mean that i'm anywhere close to falling for the person. In fact I'd not only be hurt, but then I'd be somewhat turned off and just start losing interest, especially because there are other men there who are giving me what i want.

BachfanNY - We are all going to see exactly what we want to see and have to agree to disagree. People who post and say they know DeAnna say she absolutely was into Graham, and people who post and say they know Graham say that feeling was certainly reciprocated, he just wasn't the type of guy who could watch a woman he was becoming invested in date others and therefore asked to leave. I think we will always wonder what the outcome might have been otherwise....

JMO, and this kind of gets into body language and I'm not an expert, but I feel like after De's 1 on 1 time with Jason in the mansion this past episode combined with the whole racetrack incident (she still seemed to be upset about that even at the RC) that De has already started to pull away from Graham (and I also felt like she wasn't as much into Jeremy either after her 1 on 1 time with Jason). Unfortunately for Graham, I think the racetrack incident is going to loom large for him & De these next couple of weeks (she was clearly, clearly hurt by what he said and I can't blame her since he knew going into this that it would be her AND 25 guys ... not just her & Graham) and will be one thing that contributes to his ultimate "downfall".

Sure he would. DeAnna knows there is a physical attraction, she is trying to see if there is more than that and she isn't getting anything in return from him - that is what hurts ...

Have you ever worn a pair of Manolo's - or any other stiletto type shoe - they are beautiful to look at, but uncomfortable as hell to wear ...I actually think that is a rather apt description of Graham - beautiful to look at, but painful as hell over a prolonged period of time

I don't think anyone here disputes that she wasn't into him (I think that is very obvious that she was very into him, but successful long term relationships have to go past just being "into someone"), I just think that the people here that don't see them together feel that way because they have so many issues that need to be dealt with straight away and because they don't have any sort of foundation like De has with both Jason & Jeremy. I think the people that don't see De with Graham feel that they really only have that one layer to their relationship ... the physical attraction part of it, while they see multiple layers with her & Jeremy and especially with her & Jason.

And that is what is so wrong about these "reality" shows. They are editing their scenes to show us what story they (the show) wants to tell. DeAnna and Graham could have had some wonderful conversations, that we never saw. They edited Graham the way they did because he choose to leave before the show was over (for whatever reason). (and I still wish was not true).

I am not saying De and Graham did not have conflict, but what I saw, it was his issue of having a hard time seeing her with others, and him needing some reassurance that he was special and different than the other guys. In the real world, I do not think this would have been an issue!
