Re: Behind the Edit **SPOILERS**

Karey - someone posted today (can't remember where) that she discovered that there was not a full moon anywhere close to that date! Must have been edited in to make the mood seem even more romantic (it was romantic enough for me w/out the moon!)

Piper I thought it was Jesse's voice making the suggestion and Jeremy immediate agreement. Jesse was talking to Jeremy as he was cleaning up the place (which I think is natural for him because he is very orderly, clean (neat-nik as my husband would say).

Thanks Musicmom...I missed that post about there not being a full moon for taping. And ITA...I found it romantic enough without the image too! Thanks

Also, I noticed that when the guys were exiting the limos on the Meet 'n Greet night that the street was wet. We know that Amanda said it was raining during B12, but we had no mention of that here. I read a few years ago concerning a tv program that I watched that the crew would wet down the streets for that glistening look!

Re: Behind the Edit **SPOILERS**

Another interesting thing from last night was that not only is Jason the first guy Dee has dated to ask about her mom, but there's this hint....(keep in mind that Jeremy has been in the mansion with Dee before the previous two cocktail parties.

last night as the cocktail party is starting

Jason is shown knocking on her door to pick her up...tells her she looks great, they kiss, take hands, and start walking together.

Guys are shown walking up the hill.

Jeremy PI: ...if you're not putting forth the effort, you're going home.

As Dee and Jason enter the party:

Dee to Jason: This is good. I get somebody to pick me up at my room.

Jason to Dee: Has that not happened yet?

Dee to Jason: Nooooooo

Jason to Dee: Oh! Lucky me!

Camera on Jeremy's face as we hear Jesse say to Jason: Who'd you have to pay to get to walk her in here?

Another hint to Jeremy's F3 fate and Jason's F1??

Piper-

Thanks so much! Coming from such a sharp person as yourself I consider your remarks a HUGE compliment. I honestly do not know how you transcribe everything the way you do. but I absolutely love it.

One comment about DeAnna not being asked about her mother, if Jeremy had asked her I don't think she would have commented to Jason the way she did.

OK, OT just a second. I have seen it all now - my DH just gave the 13 yr. old (we'll call him E from now on) a home buzz cut and used the whole house vacuum to "clean him up a bit".

Now back to the show, I posted in another thread that E called the kiss between D and Graham as an "insurance kiss" and he was safe until the next ep.

Jeremy too might’ve mentioned it but they chose only to show Jason’s version. If that’s the case, then I would agree with you that it’s highly significant and IMHO runs high on the potential winner meter. D’s mom is important to her. Only Jason’s been shown as astute enough to have picked that up.
Given the fact that we know Jeremy and DeAnna shared a moment in the dugout where they learned that they had both experienced parental loss, I am assuming that this is a topic they would have discussed at some point, perhaps when they lived in the house together, or another time when there weren't 5-6 other guys right outside the dugout ready to interrupt them. We know from the Jeremy thread that Jeremy also recently experienced the death of his grandfather---and he didn't mention that in the dugout either, that we saw. All we "know" is that Jason was the first person to ask her that question, but his date was fairly early on and Jeremy (or another guy, for that matter) could well have asked her since. We only see what they choose to show us---no matter how hard we try to see more! JMO, as always.

But it still sticks out in my mind that Deanna told Jason he was the first guy ever interested in her mom (I am paraphrasing).

Thanks to you two I am watching much more closely....and I noticed something that perhaps you can explain.

While watching DeJay's snuggling and kissing on the ?patio bed (what was that thing called they were on)...all of a sudden there was a shot interspersed of a full moon!!! Now normally I would never have even noticed this, I would have just been swooning over the emotional connection that DeJay were having...but this time I did notice it! To me I wondered if it was to enhance the romance, as in the whole Star Gazing theme....and then I thought...hmmm....full moons, can bring out the worst in people. Being an ER nurse I know we have more patients etc then, so it could be two fold to explain DeDe's meltdown as well, and her emotions all over the place after the 2on1 date as well. Just wondering, because I have probably never noticed a shot like that in the past....what does a full moon in a shot like that really represent. I am assuming romance. And is that considered a Money Shot? Thanks...waiting with baited breath for the transription!!!! Loving this thread along, with the BLF thread. My 2 favs along with Jason's!
Karey
I think the editors were just throwing in a nice full moon shot to go with Jason's "it's such a clear night" comment---trying to create a mood. Either that or it is their subtle way to start the Jason-does-have-a-tiny-drawback-he's-really-a-werewolf storyline.

Re: Behind the Edit **SPOILERS**

One thing that stuck out for me in the RC edit, Jason didn't bother to wear a tie. He seemed to be completely casual and laid back like he already knew he was getting a rose, so no need to dress like his life depended on it. He also was the only guy who didn't already have a rose, to be shown not having a 1-1 convo with DeAnna. And he names Twilley as his guess on who is leaving, not even pausing to think about it. All that happens and she calls his name out first and he has the longest hug/kiss with her!!

And yet having seen that, she seems to be completely taken by Graham and very interested in Jesse! Jeremy is a lot like Jason but the other two are polar opposites of Jason. If Graham even opened up just a tiny bit more, he would be the only guy in her mind without question. Because of that, I think she may be completely unsure of what she really wants by the end. Does she want an instant husband and family (jason) or some more free-wheeling adventures before the house & picket fence?? (Graham, Jeremy, Jesse)
