| Re: Body, Lip and Facial Communication Bachelorette 4 **SPOILERS** I want to add my hugs, too.! ![]() I would hope that other posters would realize that it's not your fault if someone misleads you. All you can do is share what you feel you can share in good faith. The error should not reflect on you in any way. Any insider info always has to be taken with a grain, if not full shaker, of salt. Besides, I agree with those who say insider info has nothing to do with why we love you so much. Your special insights and fabulous sense of humor add so much to this board. Please don't let this incident get you down! Hug ten above. And here's 11 and 12. ![]() ![]()

| Re: Body, Lip and Facial Communication Bachelorette 4 **SPOILERS** Lynn, I feel you are perceptive, beyond the norm, and I also appreciate your posts. I don't believe any one thing makes a person perceptive, a psych/therapy background or being deaf. I just feel we are or we are not. I went back to school to get my counseling degree later than most would. I did it because it was my thing, and I wanted to be more than the good friend to everyone. Find myself becoming the good friend still. Biggest difference a degree makes, is that you go a bit deeper into yourself, just getting through school, and then dealing with people in depth. But I do not think that makes you any healthier as a person, you just have more knowlege/experience to work with. Jason is a sensitive man, and I agree with Cheeky, when you are in the situation itself, you do loose that personal perspective you have when you are observing another. I was impressed with how he waited for her to have her feelings after the 2 on 1 date. But I think we do that or we don't as a person because we learned it as a child or from significant experiences. On the whole, I am impressed with the men on the show. Most of them are quite nice, and hopefully they will all find what everyone wants, a relationship that feels right. Love this thread, and Lynn, you were the reason it became my favorite. |

| Re: Body, Lip and Facial Communication Bachelorette 4 **SPOILERS** I also wanted to comment about Jason and his psychology degree. I have one. I believe that what I learned in those classes helped me understand myself a little better and made me a better teacher. Hopefully, I'm also better a better friend and support to family because of it. I was interested in psychology as a field of study because I was fascinated by people and wanted to help others. I never thought it would make me a mind reader, and believe me, it doesn't! I don't take Jason as calculated at all. I see him as deeply focused on DeDe and her interactions because he loves her. He is "present" to her. Jeremy may stay close physically, but Jason stays just as close mentally/emotionally. It doesn't feel stalkerish to me, just deeply loving. Of course, this is all JMO.

I noticed that you and I are 'of an age' and I can relate to your hearing situation as my DH is completely deaf in one of his ears. Thanks so much for all of your insight! Glad you are 'back'! | |
