I didn't like how he questioned DeAnna's intentions and that she should have gave someone else a rose instead of giving Jeremy another..

It probably didn't happen precisely this way, but the editing makes it appear that Ron is continually stirring the pot and agitating the others to feel discontentment against Jeremy. Added to that, it is directly on the heels of badmouthing Jeremy that DeAnna asks Ron for some alone time, and we see him become immediately very pleasant. The vibe is somewhat hypocritical. He may not be that way at all as I have come to understand Fleiss's editing, but that is sure the way it came across.

Bloomers - I appreciate that you're keeping an open mind about him.....editing is everything. I realize he's not everyone's cup of tea. I do like his straight forward nature - very upfront.....

I liked when he straight forward asked her about his being divorced. Can't get any more upfront than that.

I think Ron realizes that at 36 years old, you have to be direct. I am about that age myself, and divorced, and I guess if I were on the dating scene I'd want to know if my divorce was something a potential mate couldn't deal with, and I'd want to know pretty quickly. It's not like being divorced is something that's ever going to go away.

Very true.

DeAnna seems to respond more positively to sincerity, like in the case of Jeremy and Brian TX.

I was surprised that she gave Ron a rose. He doesn't seem like her type. The editing might have left a lot out. Ron seems too intense and "I am the man" than I would like. The way he spoke with her during the rose ceremony wasn't appealing to me. Being direct is, but saying "all the cliche/right things" like he did, isn't.

I think this is the personality type works successfully in his line of work.

Actually, I thought it rather rude of Ron to question De's decision to give Jeremy a 2nd rose. She doesn't need to justify her choices to anyone, lest of all a man she just met days before.

While I admire his forthright nature in general, part of maturity is being able to discern whether or not to articulate thought runnings though one's mind, and in this case I think he crossed the line from "forthcoming" to rude.

Bottom line, she is there to find love, thus should be free to bestow one or a dozen roses on whomever she feels that possible "connection" with.

Not that I know of......I can't discern anyone in the ATV shots.

However, some believe Ron is the guy who's shoulders De is sitting on and that it could be a shot from the F9 or F6 group. Personally, I think that is Brian TX and someone who knows him verified it is him.

We also have the "Jeremy F3 good-bye" cap that some believe could be a good-bye to Ron instead.......perhaps on a 2/1 date during the race car/Natasha week.

Someone had him signing into his Myspace on May 1st, so that could indicate he stays awhile longer.

I cant agree with you more, I really thought this guy was quite a catch--but then he started talking and bringing up his insecureness about jeremy...and now i am ready for him to go. Be a MAN!! If you want her---go get her...quit yer whining!
