I got to thinking about it today....and I really admire Jesse. It takes a pretty secure person to be oneself even when others may judge or critisize you. Jesse probably knew that all they guys would be dressed in suits, ties, and the like. But he had the courage to be who is he regardless of the status quo.

I admire that. I think I could learn a lot from him.

So nice to see the posts that stick up for Jesse and point out that we don't have the whole story about him, his past or who he truly is. (same with all the other guys and DeeAnna for that matter)

Very level-headed and compassionate.

Jeremy appeared to know something about DeAnna (knew where HWSNBN lives, for example), so TPTB may draw a contrast edit between Jeremy and Jesse.

I happen to like Jesse - the kewl dude LOL - he certainly is colorful in several ways - but he is also a fairly successful guy/boarder as well - his personality is very typical boarder dude - laid back yet fun - some intelligence in there as well - there is definitely more to him than meets the eye - I can say that since I know quite a few - due to my Capekid gal being one as well

It is tempting to think of this as who would be right for "me", but it is really about Dee. I can see that she would like someone who makes her laugh and she feels genuine with; I think it is ironic that his initial motive going in may have been different, but I do see him getting hooked. I hope if he is F2, that his heart isn't badly shattered.

If he is F1, then I hope the same for Jason.

Then when I went to Megan's myspace page, I was able to view tons of pics of Jesse and her, and their friends. And her headline said "I'm so over reality tv and big egos" (can't recall exact verbiage but VERY close if not the same).........that lines up too.

So while I think Jesse is quite industrious and has a wicked sense of humor, I firmly believe he came on the show for money and exposure......not for DeAnna.

Does that preclude him from falling in love with her.......no, of course not, but it does preclude me from thinking he came into the show with the "right reasons".

And, honestly, if there hadn't been a girlfriend involved, I wouldn't even be bothered by the money deal......that's just business. But to pretend to date one girl while you're supposedly attached to another......well, that bothers me.

Oh, I HEARD about all the rumors. I just don't much stock in them. I agree, you can have a career purpose and still have something else great happen along the way.

If it were ME going into one of those shows, I would try to work the best deal for myself FIRST because I would be thinking 'there is no way I'll get picked with a room full of the cream of the crop women to choose from'. That's just being honest. Even though at 42, I am cute and still have a nice hiney.

As far as any other rumor, if he had something THAT serious going on in his personal life, he wouldn't have done the show to begin with.

From all the talk it is actually the top 4 that get the $10.000. And it was the text of good bye that she received at the top three, that they say. I agree if you can get the career purpose and have the great along the way, that is good.
BUT>>>> You are right the relationship is wrong, just wrong. I saw that thing about reality tv on Megan's my space page. I guess from her point of view I feel really bad for her. Can you imagine having your boyfriend go on one of those shows for the career, and supporting him and then all of a sudden it is over. Love, at 42 do you really believe that if you are mature that you will fall in love fighting with 10 other guys and believe that you have love. I don't think I could do it. Watching my husband or boyfriend kissing others and being ok with it. I think that they are all on the fence about what love is. Love and a relationship is not making out and saying I LOVE YOU.
