Capegal, ITA Jesse has a way of being upfront about things and letting it be for what it is. I noticed that he is still under the radar. There's so much focus on the F3 and little on Jesse. There is something has been "bugging" me since the M&G. Do you remember that during DeAnna's conversation with Jesse during the M&G, and she told him that "my dad will love you for that (paraphased)???" I'm not sure if that was clue or a plant. I just thought that it was odd that we heard it with Jesse.

I have said since the beginning, hes not bad. Nice nose, big eyes, wild hair, not too bad of a body and his dress sense is nice and quirky. He has also got a great sense of humour and a good view of the...er details of a relationship.

I have to agree with you on that and want to add that he seems to have "a good approach" to a relationshp also. That surprised me.

I don't know if anyone else has commented on this, but I've noticed that Jesse is changing in the further episode SCs. He seems to look softer (no pun intended) and more subtle. Any I making sense here?

They are going to have to do a "sales job" on Jesse for us, or we are not going to buy into the fact that he is F2. You have already read on this board that the majority of fans do not want to believe that the Jesse that we have seen to date makes it to F2 - Jesse who showed up looking like a clown in sneakers with pink laces at the Meet N Greet, Jesse who jumped over the couch, and Jesse who said if Sean missed the lemon, he would kick him in the nuts 5 times. That is not F1 material.
They are going to have to soften Jesse up, dress him more conventionally, give him more manners, and make him more romantic.

I have to tell you this.....Jesse dressed better as we have seen him lately is a much better looking man and a more viable candidate. He has some stiff competition, and to say that he can march to the beat of his own drum, and he is his own man, etc., yada, yada, yada...is well and good, but I don't think that would win him her heart. You saw her send him the suit of formal clothes to see if he could change and begin to fit into "her" world.

The thing I see with Jesse is he doesn't feel he has to fit into anyone's world but his own...if he did he woud have dressed different at the meet and greet. He was being who he was and that is a 25 yr. old snowboarder. Does he want to win her heart...I don't know. Do I see a connection...no... but that could change in the next few weeks. I would bet that after this is over that he will have women that look, think and act like he does lined up in droves.

Everything you say sounds spot on to me; however, I was reflecting from the point of the show and the editing toward F2 and possible F1 contention. We already know that we are seeing Jesse change, and from screencaps we are going to see a much bigger change. It is my belief that he would not have gotten as far if he had continued to present himself exactly in the manner as he did the first night. If he had refused to dress formally in the clothes she sent, instead opting to wear the clothes he preferred, he would have gone home that night.

Bloomers, this is going to get interesting. This does make me think that he's F2, or why else would they bother to fix him up.

Now that was a interesting comment, because once he put on the suit I could see him fitting in. Hmmm....was that a trick question or what?

It was curious to note that in Fred’s conference call interview, someone asked him who he thought might be stuck in the “friend’s zone” and the only person he mentioned was Twilley. No mention of Sean or Jesse. I wonder how much interaction was left on the cutting room floor. Hmmmm…..

I think Jesse's edit will change and we will definitely see a different side to Jesse.
