Bloomers - I think you are right, and LadyT but I also think that to the average, non-sleuthing, non-Forter it is not obvious. My step-mom thinks all the dark haired guys look alike right now and would probably not be able to differentiate between the p[reviews of Jeremy, Jason, Richard and Graham all that well.

So true Without the Fort analysts I would be clueless. At this point I couldn't tell Jeremy from Graham from watching the first episode alone.

Actually, emphasizing the single parent part makes for a great story when you consider it as part of a bigger picture. A loving, single father goes on a tv show to meet the woman he thinks could complete his family and be a mother figure to his little boy. It just so happens that said woman lost her mother at a young age. As a result, she has a very strong desire for love and family. She and the single dad fall in love, and in that way her story comes full circle as she now has the chance to be a mom to a child that needs one. It's straight out of a Hollywood movie. If DeAnna did pick Jason, I'm sure the producers are thrilled that they have a ready-made storyline.

And for the record, I actually think Jason is hot now that I've seen him onscreen. Most of the guys' bio photos do them no justice, but the difference between his photo and him onscreen is like night and day. He looks much hotter, much younger, and much more full of life.

Was Jason the guy with Deanna's name on his "Booty" after he stripped down from jumping in the pool? If so, he was certainly calculating and had planned to strip down before the night was over..... Also, has anyone discovered if he is divorced or if his wife was deceased? If deceased, I can definitely see how Deanna's emotions might sway in his favor after her own mother died.

No, Speedo boy was Paul. And it's been determined that Jason is divorced. Rumor is, his wife decided she didn't want to be married or a mom (too young) but whether that is fact, we don't know.

Let's be honest here. Do you really think that meeting a woman on TV and having a few dates would qualify someone to be a stepmother? I for one don't think so. It's hard enough trying to get a relationship to work from this type of show, let alone bringing in the " being a instant mother " component

If you think about it 2observe, nobody has qualifications to be a stepparent or a regular parent for that matter. Qualifications are just that the parents love each other and love the children...

There's no way to become qualified for parenthood, biological or step...
you just have to do it...

I almost wish they had to though. I saw a man screaming at a six-year-old boy in a park years ago and I've never forgotten it. To this day, I regret not having said something, or at least gone over and smiled at the kid...

I loved what you wrote here. I am very intrigued to see Jason tell DeAnna of Ty and her reaction. I can hardly wait to watch this all unfold. Thanks
