I agree Capegal! I really believe that even though De is saying the exact same words that Brad used about the end of the show ... "I'm happy with the way the show ended", I've always kind of felt like that her show actually ended in the exact opposite way from the way Brad's did, i.e., she chose someone (coughJasoncough) and she is happy. I mean we all know how much Fleiss likes to try to fool us and have us believe something that isn't true and what better way to do that, than to have De say the same words as Brad and have everyone say, "Oh no ... those are the same as Brad's words, so she must not have chosen anyone", but in reality I think it'll be the exact opposite and that'll allow Fleiss to say, "Ha! I did it again" (and to some people he did, but to others ... sorry ... Fleiss ... not so much). I could be wrong, but I really think that's what all of this "I'm happy with the way the show ended" gets down to.

People are allowing themselves to be duped by the editing of the show. Has everyone forgotten how after the observatory visit episode, the buzz was that all the other guys should go home because Jason had it in the bag? That the season was going to be "boring" and needed something "surprising" because it was so predictable that she would pick Jason? Well, guess what? You got your excitement in the form of this silly faux-soap opera going on with Graham and DeAnna. The editors and producers choose to show what they want you to see. You have it all wrong because even on DTA Chris and DeAnna both were saying how people thought she would pick Jeremy. So if she picks Jason it would be a total surprise. Plus Jason is also a type that she has never thought about dating before and that is a divorced man with a child.

Everyone elses statements seemed so present tense or when the show was actually being taped.

Jason's statement seemed very past tense as if again he is narrating or reflecting on the entire show of how DeAnna and he got together.

Excellent point and I agree. And this makes me want to bring up a similar point ... in the DTA the other night at one point when it had all of the guys talking about De, some of them seemed to be talking about her as if she were a past part of their lifes. IMO, Jason seemed to be talking about her like she was still present in his life.

It seems like this happens every season. Once we get down to this point in the process and the sleuthers have made a pretty good guess of who is F1 all the claws come out and the wild theories of people coming back, the "twist" ending, and conspiracy theories begin.

One thing to note is that to date, other than he who must not be named, none of the Most. Shocking. Final. Rose. Ceremony. Ever. has really been such. None of the people have come back. F2 never bi*tch slapped the bachelor. There was no real twist ending with a wedding, flying monkeys, or mud wrestling to determine who gets the rose and ring on a string.

People just have their favs and don't want to believe that the Bach/Bachette picks someone who is good for them, rather than who the general public thinks is good for them.

I agree - this is Jeremy not Jason. I am truly wondering whether, knowing she isn't going to choose him and knowing how much he cares about her, Dee does indeed decide not to give him the FS card. It would be in line with her desire not to lead anyone on. Jay gets one (one more step towards the F1 spot that she has reserved for him!) and probably Jesse since she has no reason to believe that he will be heartbroken if he isn't chosen (he even said he'll be happy as long as she is smiling on the inside with her choice or some such drivvel!)

I think Jesse is the one she alludes to in the DTA about how guys act one way when she is not there and a different way when she is.

shrtswt2thept, I think you may be right about this. Ever since she said that I've been trying to figure out who she could be talking about and when you said Jesse ... I was like YES! That's it! That might very well explain why she felt a chemistry between them, but why we never saw it.

I think DeAnna would be making herself look pretty bad if she pulled a Brad, and I have to believe that after all she's been through with him that she's learned from the experience and is smarter than that. Didn't CH dub her 'America's Sweetheart' when the show first began airing? She won't be looking all that sweet if she walks away with no one on her arm. Rest assured, we'll get the happy ending and Fleiss'$ franchise will be saved.
