Jason has to be F1, here's why.

There is no way in Hades DeAnna would mess with this guys feelings and those of his son. She mentioned that in a PI. She did not want to break Jason's heart or that of Ty's. She has been so adamant about not leading anyone on, she would be super sensitive to Jason and Ty. So by her continuing to advance Jason, to me, signifies she has fallen in love in Seattle.

Chaslom, the board moves so quickly that I think it is just hard for everyone to keep up with all the posts, especially on the nights the show airs.

I hope you are right. BUT, and that's a big but, if she is truly torn when she comes down to the F3 and F2, I could see her keeping him until then without choosing him because maybe she really didn't know what to do. I get the feeling it was a harder decision than she thought it would be.

Another thing - she's still talking about finding her husband. I'm beginning to think that maybe she did.

In the DTA, she also says "I do NOT want to break Jason's heart, let alone his son's heart". I think this speaks to the thought that others have made that she wouldn't bring Jason to F2 if she didn't really want him as F1.

drewmatt, I guess our theory that she dumps Jesse before LCD and FRC isn't true, since we see her closing a limo door in her FRC dress. Oh -well. I'll just find something else to do while she pretends with Jesse on her LCD!!!

When De asked Jason tonight what would his HTD be like...he answers "one thing you said to me is that Seattle is a place where people fall in love, if that's true - I'd love to find out" and she laughs and answers "oh that's good"

if you watch closely - Jason is NOT saying that - the shot of him is from behind and the words he is saying CLEARLY do not match his mouth - and then De's voice changes from the rest of the conversation when she says "oh that's good" - he does say "i'd love to find out" but the sound does not match the first part of his statement...

I THINK that this was edited in later - not sure when he said it or if it was added later but it is NOT part of that conversation - he is miked differently -

the reason I think this is so significant is b/c De said earlier she thinks Seattle is where people fall in love
then tonight they brought up several times that Trista and Ryan fell in love in Seattle...
they are playing that up and added that in for Jason to show us that recurring theme....

why do that and draw those parallels if Jason isn't F1....

actually the quote was that she found herself attracted to someone who was not her type....not that she picked him...

and there is a pretty good argument that a divorced single dad isn't her type either

My husband and I are both Cancer, he is a very sensitive, affectionate person. I wouldn't trade him for anyone, so I feel Jason and Deanna complement each other very well.
