I have said all along that she is a presence in his life as we know they went trick or treating and I saw a message where she told someone that she had TY for the week...we just don't know how often she has him - but it does appear the situation is amicable...

We had a great time trick-or-treating this year. XXX still thinks his costume is at the "cleaners" because if he had it his way, he would wear it every day! XYX stayed nice and warm in her Piglet costume and actually had fun... she's still not walking, but Papa carried her and her Elmo treat bucket around. We had a great time with Jason, Hilary and Ty (he was Buzz Lightyear). It's become quite the tradition and we're looking forward to keeping it up.

I have a friend from that area that has some knowledge of the family and she showed me the blog... we just removed the names of the kids from his brother's family as that isn't important.

Well this shows that Jason and Hilary (his ex) are maintaining a good relationship for Ty's sake. When Jason was talking to Deanna, he said that "before he (Ty) was one, she decided to go in another direction". We know that Ty is now three - and this blog is from Nov '07.

I think it is really admirable that they do these things together and I think it shows that they have a good relationship where Ty is the #1 priority - as it should be. And though it will initially be difficult for Deanna to be a part of that circle - I have no doubt that Jason will do everything he can to ensure that she is made to feel a part of it - though Deanna will have to make a huge effort as well - it will not be easy. But if you want something bad enough, you will be willing to do all that it takes to make it work. At least then, if things do not work out as planned, at least you know you gave 100% every day & didn't just quit because things got hard.

I cant wait for Monday, I hope we get some more alone time for Jason & Deanna. Now I just cant wait for hometowns becuse it's pretty clear that Jason, Jeremy, Graham, and Jesse are F4. So beyond that its anyone's guess. I'm axious for the finale, Deanna and Fleiss have been very secretive about it so anything COULD happen. Its driving me crazy waiting to see it.

OK, so maybe De gives the final rose to Jason, and then Ty comes out, and she gives another rose to Ty. Would that explain the "two roses at the beginning of each episode" that people keep talking about??

That's been in speculation since day one, though many doubt Ty would actually be there.....possibly symbolic though.

Can someone tell me about the two roses at the beginning of each episode? I haven't seen the threads talking about that, and it's something I've missed when watching the show.

Also, does Fleiss historically like to give the audience clues as to who it is? Like the crystal ball, the possible two roses, the screenshots at certain times? I'd think they would completely try to hide it knowing how amazing you super sleuthers are.

There has been a lot of speculation about that, but the logistics seem questionable. In order for Ty to fly to LA, his mother or Jason would have to sign off, and someone would have to fly with him. I just imagine Jason's ex-wife being present as Ty's guardian would be a little awkward in this situation.

ETA: But, I guess she (Ty's Mom) could give her approval and let him fly with the aunt we saw in the first episode... so, who knows....

My guess would be if she does pick Jason and there do end up being two roses- she would offer one to him and include one for Ty to show Jason she is accepting that they are a package deal. Doesn't mean Ty would be there- in fact, I think that would be weird and also mean that Ty would already know and I doubt keeping a 3yr old quiet about a new gf for dad or flying somewhere would be easy or even possible. Actually, as a mom of 3- I would say impossible.

I agree Kresge ... I don't know that Ty would be there, but I can absolutely see De giving Jason his and then giving him one to give to Ty (especially if she knows about Jason & Ty's phone conversation about Jason "collecting" roses and trying to get more than 5).
