Re: Graham **SPOILERS**

I guess we all see something different, Musicmom. I'm not mourning at all. I just think they have something that she doesn't with the other guys. It's surprising to me that they're focusing so much on Graham that it's hard to see where she picks someone else.

Hopefully, Deanna thinks with her head and not with her hormones coming up pretty soon. I know we've heard that he leaves on his own, but I'd like to think she realizes that it was for the best. "Love" doesn't have to be angst and torture. I see far too much angst in this Graham situation.

I really, really disliked the way he "handled" Deanna in the whole episode. As I said elsewhere, I came away from rewatching the episode feeling like he was actually, intentionally or not, manipulating her. He knows she's drawn to him, so he went out of his way to make her feel bad about it all. Talk about "not fair" - he knew what he signed up for when he went on the show. I guess he took Deanna's advice to heart - if you can't handle it, go home.
WOW Secret fantastic post, you hit the nail on the head IMHO

Re: Graham **SPOILERS**

The problem with Graham "going home" Suza, is that even with a bad edit, it is obvious how into each they are.

Interesting to read all the Graham posts and to get the feeling that there are many opinions as to what is actually going on between these two! I happen to be in the camp that doesn't see a mutual attraction/romance happening between these two. I see lust and desire on DeAnna's side and fear/interest on Graham's side. Graham was very honest in his not kissing response to D and I absolutely respect it! He seems like a decent man who is caught up in something he is unsure of, and D is trying to push it into something more.

Exactly how I see it. Deanna is very into him, but her being aorund all these others just doesnt set well with him. I feel if he really really liked her/cared enough for her he could get past this somehow.

I think he is into her too, don't get me wrong but something happened to make to decide to leave I wish he would've of stayed and worked through it with her. I really hope he learns from this experience and wish only the best for him

could it be possible that in his latest relationship he was hurt/rejected? And that's why he's not able to open up so freely to her?

Re: Graham **SPOILERS**

That's a possiblity, emusha. Im not saying he doesnt care for Deanna or have deeper feelings for her, but I just feel if you care enough about a person, you're going to usually find a way to make it work. He's uncomfortable with the whole setting of this show( her dating and kissing these other guys), he has said so..it's a shame if he really does like her that he can't somehow make it work.

I guess I'm somewhere in the middle of all these diverse opinions in that I think she HAD something with Graham that she didn't have with the others: An instant physical attraction. However, as so often happens, the initial physical pull isn't standing up to the rigors of real life. Doesn't mean she isn't still attracted to him, she is, but you can almost see the energy and enthusiasm that she is putting into pursuing Graham begin to drain away. She won't put herself in the position of having to 2nd guess a guy, or being in a relationship with someone who is closed off in some areas of his life. I think it may be a case of right guy, wrong time for these 2.

I really believe that as real as she is, and as true as she wants to be, she came into the process with the intent to find a husband and she will convince herself however well she can that he is there. How will she do that? By forcing true love. End result? Disappoiment because everyone knows you can't force true love. She may be happy with the F1, and she may love the F1, but love and being in love are a whole different thing.
I so totally agree. I really feel she has fallen in love with Graham. She may come to love Jason which is great, but not the same. This is why sometimes this show can be frustrating in its format. I want to see two people fall in love and try to make it in the real world. I do not want to see people getting their hearts broken or not taking a chance on their feelings because they have to go through "the process".
