I absolutely will not reveal sources but I will tell you what I know. There was a death in the family (his grandfather) earlier this year. He has also told us that, very recently, he broke off the only serious relationship where he has ever fallen in love. I was told that he would be edited as being upset that he didn't get a rose (whatever that's supposed to mean). Maybe it was a roundabout way of saying that he didn't like the connection that she was making with other men and gave them roses instead of him. I don't know. He did ask to leave and, apparently it was due to the death in the family. While, not literally, I think that, figuratively, he didn't have enough time to grieve (the death of his grandfather the death of his first in love relationship) and couldn't cope with the premise of the show (ie: her dating multiple men-he doesn't like to share his woman). Now, as far as I understand it, he has regrets about leaving and is pining for her. He just feels that the timing was wrong but that he felt like he and DeAnna made a connection. Having said that I seriously do see a change in her toward him so whether or not he is truly pining for her doesn't mean that she is for him because I understand that she is very happy with her choice.

I am the one who asked for this information. I was kind of hoping he would just not come back from his hometown date. I think this is going to be a real tearjerker!! I have to move on myself....and I hope every one is happy.

side note: Goldie2 - I did read somewhere on here that DeAnna and her choice weren't doing well either. I will try to find it.

I am sure the situation is a very intense and frustrating process for all involved..It seems to be emotionally exhausting,from what ex contestants have said..and it is obvious by their interactions that there other things in play that bring about these conflicts and frustrations,whether real or manufactured by the producers,etc..,for drama..we never are really seeing what actually happened to bring about some of these moments that seem frustrating to watch..it is all so edited...

I don't know..I just feel their emotional connection and hope for the best for all involved in this show..

I do believe him to be very genuine..and I do see a real emotional connection between the two,unlike what she has with the others....their story is what has made the show for me this season...

Their story has made the season for me, too. I think the edits are made to amplify the "conflict" but I believe that there is something more substantial there. In a normal situation, getting to know someone and what makes them tick can be difficult. Add a few cameras and numerous production people navigating the show has to make things more uneasy for everyone involved.

Lora - yeah, I have been saying that for weeks now, certain people hear you, others do not...glad to have you aboard!

Lyn you have been MORE than insightful to what may or may not have happenned but I can say this, if graham chose to leave on his own the only person that he would have let on about it is D. He would never put himself before her and would allow her to move on in the process with grace and dignity. And lastly, if Graham chose to leave then he chose to move on with his life and I PROMISE knowing graham, he his not pining after anyone, he is only wishing the best for her and her family......

interesting tid bit though, did anyone notice that D was wearing Grahams 46 bracelets at the singing competition? Dont you think that would have said alot to the other guys about where her heart lies and if so do you think she would have just done this for no reason, bc that seems like a pretty big statement....leads me to beleive that she had to have a reason for wearing them...any takers?

But if I'm not mistaken, Robert was also wearing them later in that episode. I caught it first at the singing competition, and thought oh,oh,oh, that's a sign. But then I saw Robert with them later on and figured Graham might have given them to everyone. Hey, if Jesse can do it...
