IMO, he protects himself because he doesn't think she is into him enough for him to risk his emotions more--because he has no assurance about her feelings for him. I disagree he's not into her enough...i think he stopped himself from moving things forward. if hed just allowed himself to move past this and risk , i think he would have an awesome connection with her. I've been in a situation where I've guarded myself from falling for someone, scared that I'll be hurt.

I agree with you and Procheervet. Look back at mondays show, every time the guys talk about Dee connection to one of the guys or when Jason was rolling up her sleeves, they would focus on Graham and his reaction and it was eating him up to hear and see this. I wasn't sure if he was into her until monday night, watching his face and reactions. He wants Dee bad and Dee wants him bad. It aches my heart to know that she let this one of a kind love go. She had all the cards and she could have made it better. If it was me, he would have known how I felt. (Fleiss or no Fleiss)I don't know what the outcome of this show is, but I believe it will be different from what most are expecting, that DTA is letting me know something is going on. If she's got any sense, she will be in NYC working it out.

To me it is just so glaringly obvious that this is the Graham and Deanna love story that I guess I am having a really hard time with the fact that she would continue on and choose another man. I know she does not want to repeat the HWSNBN debacle, and she is probably being pressured not to, but something like what we are watching happen between Deanna and Graham does not happen often and she should grab on and enjoy the ride! I feel like an intruder sometimes just watching them.

i don't think she has a strong feelings for other to be honest, at the biginning with jeremy, we find that she is interested in him that we bare think he is f1, there is no chemestry with jesse or jason, but with graham, we can notice huge difference from the other guys, he is into her in a way his afraid of putting himself and get hurted, thats why deanna and he get hard time expressing themselves, thats why i hope that he isn't going on the homedate

i feel like they are not as intimate as they both desire because of the cameras...! Its such incredible chemistry...the way he looks @ her during random times, the way she looks at him from under her lashes and licking her lips. its like they hang on every word the other says...did anyone else sense they were sitting with their arms touching in the coach riding toward the race car trip (can't get close enough!)? they both seem smitten IMO

Like I think SweetElvira said, Graham wants assurance that he is the one and Dee just can't give him that. i agree, but i can't help thinking about meredith and Ian. the way graham is portrayed reminds me of Ian. when watching that story i kept thinking there's no way meredith is going to pick Ian cause he's coming off as unsure and not gonna be there for the long run, regardless of the strong attraction, and especially with ol stable matt waiting in the wings. but choose him she did. With deanna, she's made a pretty big deal over being left at the alter (so to speak) by brad so there's that huge pressure of not failing now. jmo

If I were falling for someone I am not sure I could handle them being on overnight dates with another either..........
