Agreed, Bentley is perfect material for Bachelor Pad. I was hoping that he would man up and tell her the truth. I was thrilled with Ashley's comment in her post interview, something along the lines of "hey Bentley, if you are watching this, bleep you." lol

The producers could have asked Bentley to leave the show while they were taping the first episode. But, the producers didn't want Bentley to leave: the producers want a villain every season. Bentley's comments, "I'm going to make her cry. Does my hair look good," likely were spliced from different conversations. The "dot, dot, dot" was the producer's idea. The producers wanted Bentley to leave, then return, just like Ed and Wes did. I read that Bentley went on the show to promote his business. Any advertising is supposed to be good advertising, I guess. But his appearance on the show has had a negative affect on his business.
I'm still trying to expunge the hideous bathroom visual of him obsessing over his hair while mask boy was on the can....the nightmares....when will they stop???
