It happened while Roberto was saying " I am so lucky" while holding his glass of wine and Ali pull him in for the kiss (when they were sitting at the steps)

They're also doing some serious smooching on the couch in Portugal. (This was cut from the episode thanks to Jake and Vienna. Gah.) An eagle eyed Forter caught a second or two of the kiss in the montage shown after the proposal in the finale, it's shortly after they show her saying her heart is exploding. That looked like one hell of a kiss, I suspect they did a lot of it that night. It's no wonder she was so out of it on the next date, she wanted to go back to making out with Roberto.

Their kisses after he says I love you on the LCD are also intense, I felt like I should avert my eyes from the screen.
