    IMO she seems very strong. She weathered the hate in the house( even if she caused it) without having a breakdown. I say hoorah to her.

    According to her family, she's had a lifetime of practice. There's a red flag for you. She's no more attractive than the others left there, yet everyone is "jealous" of her? That's a cop out excuse that she's used all her life.

    I have no feelings about her (or any of them) one way or the other, but I have known girls/women throughout the course of my life who had no more than average looks and personalities, but were just loved by men for other intangible reasons. And yes, those girls/women were often the recipients of jealous barbs and ostracizing. I have no idea (and again, don't really care) if this is the case here, but it certainly is not outside the realm of possibility.
