This J. T. is connected with Mike Malin (Boogie) who won Big Brother All Stars and Lonnie Moore who was on Millionaire Matchmaker. Mike Boogie was disgusting to watch on Big Brother and rape charges was filed against Lonnie Moore just last year.

All these guys are connected through Dolce Group which operates bars, clubs and restaurants that include Geisha House, Dolce Enoteca, Ketchup, Les Deux, and Bella Cucina Italiana.

Please, please, please, NO.

My thinking exactly! There have been a couple of bachelor seasons that were just sleazy and I thought we were moving away from that. J.T. would be taking several steps backward in the evolution of this show IMHO. Course, I am one of those silly saps that is just romantic enough to believe in the whole premise. I do think they "manipulate" things a lot and, oh, that creative editing! But I still think it's basically real. I wouldn't watch if I didn't.

There are several givens with this trainwreck of a show. 1. Everyone has an alternative agenda to finding true love but they will swear that's what they're all about. 2. The producers will cast for and cooerce the competitors to humiliate themselves and EDIT them for maximum humiliation 3. The competitors will be incresingly brainwashed into thinking that the chooser is their ideal mate and also falling in love with them 4. The chooser will be powerless to convey their disinterest or friendship only interest to those certain very nice, but delusional Stockholm victims 5. This crazy process and humiliating editing will probably put the kabash on any resultant blooming relationship, should it exist. 6. IF lightening strikes such doubt will be cast by the edit in the minds of the viewers that many will doubt it's validity and will violently dislike the chooser.

My conclusion: A guy like this is CERTAIN to be a creep and only those who want to see a trainwreck will watch. Find a guy like Jason whom everyone wants to see happy, then set about destroying our image of him by the process and the edit. Maybe with proper casting he'll find his true t.v. love and everyone will forget the victims left by the side of the road.

Anyone who dates a trainwreck like Paula Abdul should not be on my tv screen, especially not on one of my favorite shows! He is tied to Mike Boogie which makes him another media whore in my book. Yuck.

Good News!!! My bet is on Jason and Ty. I'd love to see him try to find his soulmate without breaking any hearts. He knows the drill, we'll see if he does it anyway. He sure hasn't come out and said he won't do it, has he? Maybe Ellen will intervene again. lol
Note: I no longer can stand to watch this trainwreck on a regular basis, but I would have to peak in and see how Jason manages if selected.

Ah, but fame, or should I say infamy, is sure to follow a stint on a show where women have long memories and always remind one of what an $ss they became. To prove the long memory point:

Jesse - now a sportscaster was interviewed regarding one of this season's contestants

Jen Shefft - has written a relationship book (probably prompted by her stints on both sides of the Bachelor coin)

Brad - will forever be tied to DeAnna Pappas in whatever forum...if DeAnna ever gets pregnant, internet people will be questioning if 1) Brad is the father or 2) the baby will be named after Brad

DeAnna - from strong willed southern girl to flirtatious woman to MeAnna as her edit took a downward spiral

Brian TX - will now be known as a loud snore producer, which might come back to haunt him if he is selected as a Bachelor

Jeremy - the too serious guy still in mourning for his parents, whose baggage may become a highlight if he is selected as a Bachelor

Graham - the too hot to handle guy, whose internal edit may become a highlight if he is selected as a Bachelor

Jason - the emotional blackmail won't work this time around if he is selected as a Bachelor. Or, if it is, then none of the women selected to be on the show will EVER be considered good enough for him.

I say - start with a fresh face and a fresh personality that we can all degrade as time and rumor and revelation go on.

I agree! I vote for new guy and not someone we've seen already, not that there's anything wrong with them but I'd like to see fresh face.
