I assume that: She was thinking that now is the time capitalize on her starring role in the Shane (er Matt) Show with maximum media exposure for her career. These girls gone wild pics are not pornography, but they're also unlikely to impress any "future inlaws", lol. Not such a classy move, but again, not pornography either. An aspiring actress does what she has to do to get work.

So there was an improvement from the Fantasy Date episode, and the finale beat the premiere too. But not that much. This will go down as the lowest rated season since Charlie's. (Which was horrible for sleuthing, turned a lot of people off of watching the show, yet I enjoyed.) CSI:Miami got 13.66 million viewers to take first place in the hour, while Medium dropped to 8.57 million viewers, giving The Bachelor second place.

In good news, ABC's upfronts are going on right now. In a sneak peek, I've found out that The Bachelor will return, midseason. So The Bachelor lives!

(And with The Bachelorette this summer, without pause, we can use a break over the fall, before sleuthing season begins anew.)

I had to give in and finally post. Chelsea took such a hit in the public opinion arena for being shown "changing into something more comfortable"--and here now is "perfect" edit Shayne (post Bachelor win mind you) posing in a 6 page "uncensored" Girls Gone Wild magazine spread. You can see some pix if you go to dlisted.com. But hey, I'm sure their love is wholesome and pure and has nothing to do with self promotion.....

One of the first conference call recaps is up at reality tv world. No official transcript has been posted yet, but some general thoughts:

* They watched some of the episodes together and created an alter-ego for Matt on the show named "Bob" and would make fun of "Bob" during the airing of the episodes.

* Shayne was hurt by Chelsea's comment about her last night, but felt bad for her. She wished her the best and said Matt gained points by sticking up for her.

* Matt thought Shayne might fall over when he proposed (I thought so too, her legs were shaking so much)

*As stated in previous interviews they don't know where they will live, or what jobs they will have, but they are intent on not doing a long distance relationship.

* They discussed everything that happened in Matt's relationships with the other women, specifically Amanda and Chelsea.

Overall it sounds like they are very happy, and very much together

He just keeps proving his natural jerkness, doesn't he? He can't take the heat but sure can dish it out.
