Exactly! They don't have a choice as to whether or not they want to do it. If TPTB choose to do an ATFR show, then the F2 has to be there whether they like it or not.

But F2 doesn't have to be in a good mood during taping. Even though it's taped, not live, an unhappy, coerced F2 in front of a studio audience is at worst, risky, and at best, poor television.

But I tend to agree with those who think it comes down to available slots and sponsors.

OMG soccermama, we really do think alike!!! After reading the first third of it, I went back to the beginning to count the "you knows"!!! And I hadn't even seen your comment you Okay, so he said "you know" 74 times!!! So much about Amanda's record...hehe...

And talking about Amanda's "likes", this part of the interview cracked me up too:

Matt Grant: Would I be like the super bachelor if I manage to pull it off?

(Delaina Dixon): If you marry this girl? Yeah I think that (unintelligible) would be given to you in major form.

Matt Grant: Do you think like maybe I'd get like an award from the state?

We've had F2's and F3's who weren't happy before. I mean, if they can do a AFTR with Brad, then certainly that can't be the reason. I think it most likely comes down to ratings.

i am thinking like you that it has to with ratings and time slots then anything else. i had seen it posted somewhere in one of these threads that they might
do an ATFR on the 27th of May. Has anyone heard anything about that?

Did you or anyone actually listen in on this interview? Would be interesting to hear how the emphasis was placed on that intro given by the producer's assistant, because it sounds very business-like as opposed to romantic (IMO) when I read it .... Matt will be deciding, but we can assure you that 'there will be a proposal!' lol

It seems that this was a definite goal/requirement of this season after the last one, and TPTB really wants the media to know that. I don't think they care whether or not it lasts either, beyond the 'happy couple call' next Tuesday!

They are GREAT pictures! I think Robin looks a little out of the loop. I am also wondering how the women get their butts to stick out like that. Must be a model thing.

I for one am usually trying NOT to have my butt stick out! (If I had a butt like any one of them it would be different, though.)
