That's harsh. I don't know any "dopes" that are as successful in business as he appears to be. Producers tell them to "dumb down" their language as the average viewer isn't that bright.
For a guy who runs four bars, he should have been able to handle Sheena's mom better. She not only needs to lay off on the wine, but back away from the eyeliner. Man, I love hometown dates. It's got the same awkward feeling of The Office.![]()
great voice over from Brad when he meets DeAnna: I love the fact the Deanna doesn't need me.
I always thought good relationships are when you "want" someone more than you "need" someone

I think he may be a decent guy, and definitely seems to be a hard worker, but I do agree that he doesn't strike me as terribly intelligent-- not the lack of education, but I just haven't seen evidence of real wit or insight. Not trying to be mean, but it is an observation... for some women, too, it may not matter.Originally Posted by crescent22;2636849;
awww good dad's this season. love them all so far.
Brad asks the dad if the dad thinks it could be real...
Deanna and Brad - there is substance here. Father - Brad talk is real. Her mother died.
Deanna's dad seems very nice.
wow is brad crying?
