Pretty coloring (I like the dark hair/blue eye combo), and as a cheerleader probably in great shape. I'm guessing a very outgoing type who likes to be the center of attention-- can be a good thing in a show like this where you have to compete for attention so much, though at the risk of drawing the ire of the other girls.
